A reputable company would make sure that each customer receives what they have paid for. They would also have a person responding to questions. Not providing a phone number is virtually saying "don't bother us." I've been waiting for a purse I ordered since July of 2018. It supposedly was shipped out in November of 2018. It is now January of 2019. Never has anyone talked to me, apologized or even offered a refund. This seems to be a shady company and I'm spreading the word. My next step is to file a complaint with Revdex.com.

I placed an order with One Trolley early last year; emailed them May 7, 2018 about receiving one of my items, but not the other-even though the shipping list said it was in the box. They responded with a form letter. The second time I emailed, I received that the item was out of stock and that I would receive when it was back in stock. I have emailed several more times and have never received any notification of the status of my item. I just want what I ordered or a refund. No communication from these people! Never will I order again.

Worst company.ever! Even poorer customer service... Never get a reply back. Biggest scam ever...ONETROLLEY... Ordered in August and no product...Will now read reviews of companies before ordering!

I am very disappointed with One Trolley. I ordered a purse in mid July, 2018. Today is December 17, 2018 and I still don't have the purse! All I get for my trouble is a stupid form letter. There is no address or telephone number to contact them. No "real" customer service representative has ever contacted me. They wont return my money - they say sorry, it's already been processed. Sure THEY processed it quickly, but I haven't received the product! I will never, ever purchase anything from One Trolley again. I am warning the public they should be very cautious if ordering from One Trolley also.

I placed my 3rd order on August 14, 2018. The last update on shipping was that it was in port in China. The shipping info has not been updated on the tracking site since 10/3/18 saying my purse had reached the 1st stop in it's long road from China. I have e-mailed support and get a form letter. My last e-mail to them was 2 weeks ago with no response. I have received 2 previous purses and they are very nice but this order has been a bust.

I placed an order July 25th for 3 handbags as Christmas gifts...At this point, I figure this is not going to happen. I've gotten 4 emails, one back in November with a tracking number that leads back to China. Now I'm out $112.79, and the website is constantly under repair or something and I only get generalized company emails back saying it's coming, no date, no tracking, and the last dated Nov. 11th. I've sent several emails to OneTrolley and form letters come back. There's no phone # or address to contact.

I placed an order with them back in July. it is now October and when I inquire as to when it is going to ship, all I get is the standard email back. I have inquired more than 6 times at this point.
No information on the product ship date. Will never order from them again
