This is the absolute worst financial decision you can make! They have very, very, VERY BAD customer service! And they will charge unnecessarily high Fees for using their cardAs soon as you apply for their card, they take your money within hours and your card arrives weeks later! And when your card finally arrives, it does not come with a pin number! And to make matters worseyou are charged an annual fee even before you use this card!!!!! How they are getting more than one star is a total mystery! Anyone who tells you this bank/card is good is either telling you lies or they believe a lie!
A WORD TO THE WISE - FIND ANOTHER CARD/BANK TO USE!!!!!!!!!

Worst bank ever. Had my account a few months and so many problems already. I paid a bill with my card that went through the same day I paid it and all of a sudden 5 days later the bank charges me an insufficient funds charge because they don't know how to process things on time. My next complaint. ..I deposited a check this past Monday before 5pm, I get an email saying it was accepted the next day. I call customer service to see when my money will be available and they say Friday. I get an email on Wednesday saying my money is not available until a whole week later! I called customer service again and asked what is the problem and they tell me it takes 3 days so I tell the lady 3 days from Monday and even Tuesday is not a whole week later...can you cancel my check? She says no. I told her...I am pregnant so what do you suggest I do for a whole week...starve?? Again because of them. Because 2 weeks prior they put a fraud alert on my account saying somebody is using my card in Nevada. I said I live in Nevada wtf are you talking about! It's me using my card to buy groceries! How convenient for them it was a holiday and I couldn't talk to customer service for 4 days so me and my baby starved because while I was in line at the grocery store they decided to put the fraud alert on my card. Back to my check deposit...they told me it didn't get processed until Wednesday. So...it took them 2 whole extra days to process a check? ?? Something is not right. My uncle works for the FDIC auditing the banks and I will definitely tell him about this and what they have put me through because they don't know how to do their job.

never received notice on there NEW policy

I payed over night shipping with USPS (since UPS will not accept a PO Box, ) I called in customer service and asked for other address and they said they do NOT have one)

Now they filed me as a LATE payment - it hurts my credit score and my mortgage rate !!!!!!

I called in a few times , the customer service is horrible - I waited on hold each time about 20 minutes on hold, then finally someone picked up and being transferred and waited again 20 min - until phone got disconnected ... there is no one who to speak to.. I would NOT recommend anyone to use there service
