Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 8, 2015/11/06) */ I believe there was miscommunication with Mrs [redacted] regarding her bathroom ceiling and she had mentioned we are supposed to save $deductibleWe were not informed we were to save $deductible so when we found that we would not get fully paid we stopped the workWe did all of the work such as removing the drywall and repairing the ceiling tiles except for paint the walls in the bedroom which we were paid $and we did the bathroom and received $from State FarmWe did her roof and we supplemented the insurance company for thatThere was extra money owed for chimney flash and pipe flashing and she knew thisIt is very hard to get a hold of herWe have gone by her house and tried to call her but have not gotten a hold of herI apologize for the delay in response as this was sent to our Hazelwood office and not forwarded onto our Illinois office

this is a frivolous complaintshe called us and we came out within days maybe the same dayshe never had siding in the spot she is asking us to put it there is wires across her wall that we did not want to be responsible foreither way, we said we would be out within the week weather
permitingsince then we have a floods and people with real problemswe will add the pieces of siding when it is convienant for us

paid we stopped the work. We did all of the work such as removing the drywall and repairing the ceiling tiles except for paint the walls in the bedroom which we were paid $117.21 and we did the bathroom and received $311.54 from State Farm. We did her roof and we supplemented the insurance company for that. There was extra money owed for chimney flash and pipe flashing and she knew this. It is very hard to get a hold of her. We have gone by her house and tried to call her but have not gotten a hold of her. I wanted to let the Revdex.com know that One Way Construction came today 3/15/2017 and fixed the fascia at the Church.  I am satisfied with their work.
