My experience with Oney Electric was poor. He installed a water softener and iron filter for us. Neither one has worked properly since he installed it. We battled back and forth with him about our water not being soft and our shower still being orange. He would stop by and adjust something or tell us to turn the dial manually and then leave. We played alot of phone tag, but to no avail. He finally didn't want to help anymore.Here comes the good part, I called another water company to come and look. The float in the brine tank still was tied down with a zip tie and the head of water softener was missing parts.No wonder it didn't work. His work has caused us nothing but problems! I wrote him a letter and explained what happened.He gave us $200.00 back. This is nothing. I took it and just consider my business with him done. Was 100% dissatisfied with his service and products.
