Two garages I consulted at the time described the so-called storage fee as "outrageous." Indeed it was. **. [redacted] is a partly abandoned farming town with no other businesses that I saw. Parking is not at a premium. The general sentiment I heard from the garages was, it's amazing what these people can get away with. Of course I turned out to be right that the car was worth far more than the towing charge of $225 which the business offered, but I resented any storage fee for a parking space as well as the consistent rudeness towards an already upset customer. I was such a wreck bythe time I paid this bill on August 3, I could not even work up the nerve to mention that the absurd storage fees had been charged for an extra day. I'd just like Revdex.com to know that life is better if you can avoid businesses such as Oney's.
