detailed and stated in the service event work order or risk non-payment from the client; this
includes return of damaged parts, on-site photos, and required documentationThe client cannot
collect payment from their customer when the service event is not completed in
its entirety and all contract terms are not met---------------------------------------Work Order Ending In ***: Service technician
*** *** did not fulfill the contracted work order requirements. The
service event work order required parts to be returned. No parts
were returned by Mr*** evidenced by the lack of a tracking number from
the shipping carrier.Work Order Ending In ***: Service technician

service event work order instructions clearly state "Submit photos and
checklist within to hours to: [email protected] and cc: [email protected]."
The photos and checklist were not e-mailed to the company contracting the
