Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Review: I signed up with OnLegacy, an MLM and traditional business opportunity, online on or about December 9, 2015. As part of sign up, I paid $570 for 4 install kits/[redacted] SIM cards and 15 vouchers that were good for 15 additional install kits/SIMS. To get the additional 15 voucher kits/SIMS, I had to pay an additional $15 activation plus shipping charges.

OnLegacy got these kits/SIMS from [redacted]. OnLegacy was charging members of the network the $15 activation fee per kit/SIM, plus a $29/month membership fee, plus shipping costs. OnLegacy was also giving us members vouchers instead of actual kits/SIMS. [redacted] stated that it was not aware of the vouchers, and the other additional fees. [redacted] terminated its relationship with OnLegacy, and told me to contact OnLegacy, pay OnLegacy's fees, and have my vouchers redeemed for kits/SIMS if I was not going to sign up through a new entity or directly with [redacted]. Thereafter, I paid OnLegacy ?$254.91 via credit card to have all 15 of my [redacted] voucher kits activated and mailed to me via Priority mail on or about January 15, 2016. The $254.91 covered the $15 activation fees for all 15 kits, and the cost of Priority mail for three boxes of kits. I never received the activated kits.

Then, I found out that [redacted] terminated its business relationship with OnLegacy so the voucher kits were in limbo. On January 19, 2016, I asked OnLegacy to refund the $254.91 I paid for the 15 voucher kit activations and shipping. Also, I asked OnLegacy to please refund the $450 that I paid up front to join OnLegacy that covered the cost of the 15 voucher kits/SIMS.

In reply, OnLegacy agreed to refund the $254.91 for the activations. However, they declined to refund the $450 I paid up front for the 15 voucher kits/SIMS. OnLegacy said that they would not refund my $450 because more than 30 days had passed since I signed up. They also argued that they had given me what I contracted for by giving me the 15 vouchers and 4 active kits/SIMS. OnLegacy said that [redacted] would honor the vouchers, but I would have to pay $20 per voucher to have them activated with [redacted] instead of the $15 per voucher I would have had to pay OnLegacy.

OnLegacy took my $450, failed to give me 15 actual kits/SIMS and gave me vouchers instead which was one reason [redacted] terminated their business relationship, and I would have to pay more ($20/each) than I bargained for ($15/each) to get these activated kits/SIM cards directly from [redacted].

I seek a refund of the $450 I paid to OnLegacy, on or about December 9, 2015, which is the upfront value for the 15 vouchers kits/SIMS. OnLegacy took my money, and failed to provide value. Then, they tried to make me redeem the value from a different company for additional cost, while not disgorging the funds I paid to OnLegacy.Desired Settlement: I seek a refund of the $450 I paid to OnLegacy, on or about December 9, 2015, which is the upfront value for the 15 vouchers kits/SIMS. Response:

At Onlegacy Network, we are very careful to keep the highest standards in our internal procedures. In telecommunications there are several changes over time as the average on the industry. Onlegacy Network was working successfully with a company named [redacted]. A few days back, we decided to dissolve our relationship and started giving refunds to any person who requested it under our terms and conditions. In order for this customer to sign up with us she agreed and signed our terms and accepted we could not give a refund after a 30-day period. Even though, Onlegacy has tried our best to resolve any issue with our distributors and clients. At this time, the customer is requesting a refund for a product which was already shipped out with tracking number [redacted] via USPS. We can't process refunds after our 30-day period and even if we look forward to assist our clients, we can't process any refund unless we get our product returned to us. [redacted] on the other hand, has agreed as per the letter attached to honor every product we sold to our clients and exchange for physical SIM cards. If there is anything else we can do to resolve this matter, please do not hesitate to contact us at [redacted]Sincerely, Corporate Team

Response:

I am rejecting this response because:

I was able to receive my package quickly, and the customer service was very helpful.

I've been working with this company for the last few months. Never seen a company so honest and transparent. Glad to work with them.

Review: Im filing a complaint against Onlegacy Network because of their business practice.

I joined this company because of the business opportunity, and because of the product/service. Product was SIM cards/cell phone installation kits which gave unlimited talk, text and 5gb Data for cell phone service.

I joined Onlegacy Network with the highest pkg of $1170.00 in which I was suppose to have received 48 installation kits and 2 reactivation kits in the mail with my welcome package. I was misled in regards to the amount of installation kits I would be receiving in the mail.

I received a Priority USPS envelope which only had 8 installation kits and 2 re-activation kits and no literature from the company Onlegacy Network.

Kits= Sim Cards.

I was informed by Customer Service from their Online Chat that I would be receiving the rest of them by mail in a few weeks which that never happened.

Unfortunately their were allot of issues in different aspects with Onlegacy Network. Like delays on activating lines, lack of customer service, lack of communication on corporate side and many other issues in which everyone started complaining and Market Partners started having problems with the company.

Later we receive an email stating that Onlegacy Network and [redacted] would no longer be doing business together.

Which left a high number of business partners high and dry with money that was paid to join the company.

Onlegacy then brought in a whole different type of service/kits into play, to replace the ones from Smart Mark in which the service/product is totally different.

I made my decision on not continuing to do business with Onlegacy with the new service/product that they have replaced. Their for I am requesting a full REFUND.

It is not the Market Partners fault to all this mess. It was Onlegacy who decided to terminate any association with [redacted]. I find it not fair to lose my hard earned money just because business went wrong for Onlegacy Network.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for the amount that I paid $ 1170.00

I have tried different ways of contacting them and have had no response back from the company.
