Review: I have contacted the company numerous times via email [redacted] and also called the phone number listed on the internet ###-###-#### only to get a voicemail message. Have been trying to contact them to get a Return Authorization Number so that we can return the product within the 14 day policy. Would like to exchange the item if possible but they will not return my phone calls or respond to any of my emails. I have been trying to reach them since [redacted], February *, 2014.Desired Settlement: I would like to have a credit put back on the credit card.

Review: I ordered two iPhone Otter Box cases on November [redacted] 2013. The money was deducted from my account on the [redacted]. On November [redacted] I realized the wrong city and zip code had been entered, so I emailed (only way to contact them) the customer service dept. regarding this. They responded later that day telling me to contact my local post office that they could do nothing. So, with the tracking information they provided me I called my local post office and the main post master and they both indicated to me the shipper MUST do the changes and so my package was sent back to New York and is now sitting at their local post office. I have made several attempts to reach the company letting them know what the post master told me and that my package is at their local post office, I have received no response back from them. I've sent emails requesting new items to be sent out. I've sent another requesting a refund. ALL with no response.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back or two otter box phone cases like the ones I purchased

Review: I ordered 4 items from this online site on 1-*-15. My discover card was charged on 1-*-15 by this company for $37.25 for the transaction. The site said that it would be 4 to 9 days for standard delivery which I paid 11.99 for in the payment. then on 1-*-15 I rec'd a reply email that stated the mailing label had been assigned and gave me a tracking # which when tracked appeared that it hadn't left the warehouse and this is 1-**-15 and it still hasn't left as of today. I have tried to contact this co. with no results. They will not answer the phone or emails. Trans #[redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like the merchandise. If that is impossible I would like a refund.

Review: I am writing b/c this website had your logo on it which I foolishly trusted.I received a cheap phone case which was supposed to be Lifeproof brand. I tried to email and call them to return it but no response either way.I would like it so no one else would get ripped off like I did.Desired Settlement: I would love to send it back for a refund.But I'd like to prevent anyone else from having this happen to them.I appreciate your time!

Review: On Sept. [redacted] I ordered two items for my cell phone from Onlineaccessoryshop.com. I ordered a Workout Armband/Strap and a phone case totaling $30.89, which was charged in full to my credit card. On Sept. [redacted] I received an email stating that the items were shipped and the order was fulfilled. However, I only received the Workout Armband/Strap with no packing slip or invoice enclosed. I checked the tracking number in the shipping confirmation email, which only showed that only the one item had shipped. I was unable to find a phone number on the website, but there was a phone number on my credit card statement. I called this number for 3 days leaving messages asking for someone to contact me and there was no response. On Sept. [redacted] I found an email on this company's website, so I sent them a message detailing the fact that I had not received my full order, no one has returned my calls, so I have no other recourse than to dispute the charge with my credit card company if someone doesn't contact me immediately. A few hours after I sent that email, a [redacted] from Onlineshopping.com emailed me the following response, "Your threat has violated our terms. We have sent you a separate notice of the reversal of payment and the transfer to a collections agency. Your missing item will still arrive next week". The following week I received the phone case (again with no packing slip or invoice, nothing), so I sent them an email stating that there was no need to credit me because I received the merchandise in full and the order is complete. Then they sent me this, "You threatened to breach our terms so action needed to be taken to protect our company from losses, which unfortunately, involved a collections agency action to recover costs, and a reversal of the credit transaction. Your missing merchandise was sent though and will arrive. We had to issue a full refund to protect our company from losses and to eliminate your ability to make any claim as you threatened. However, all damages which will be adjusted if we receive the merchandise returned, will be collected using a collections agency afterward. The refund will post by midweek or so next week and a receipt was forwarded to you via email to confirm. The merchandise must be returned to us upon receipt, at which time the balance due will be reduced according to the terms stated in the sale contract". I emailed back explaining that being I received the second item in my order, that I would like to be able to keep the items for which I was going to give as a gift, but they did not respond. I went on to say that their instructions to me in the shipping confirmation were that the items had shipped together, and this was not the case and no one responded to me, so I as the consumer was mislead. I respectfully asked that someone from their company call me so this can be fixed. Their response was, "Unfortunately we cannot rebill you and the collections action has already been initiated and fees are due as of now". According to this company's policy, a customer cannot return a purchase without obtaining a "Return Authorization Number". There is no other return information, such as a return address, shown on their website. In 3 separate emails I requested this "Return Authorization Number" from them. On October **, I sent them the following email: As you can see from the two below emails that I have already sent, one on 10/*& another on 10/*, this is my 3rd communication asking you for a Return Authorization Number for Order #[redacted]. I did not request that you credit my account, but since you did I want to return the two items that I received. Please respond with a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER & an address to return these items to. I still have not heard back from them and now I just don't know what to think. They think that they've been threatened when it's me that they are threatening with fees, etc. I certainly don't want to have a Collections Agency come after me for something so ridiculous as this. I've ordered a lot of things over the Internet and this company is the strangest! All I was asking for was customer service, which they have none. I alerted the credit card company that I've been affiliated with for many years to be aware of their strange business practice. Can you please shed some light on what, if anything, I should do? The cases received do not have a belt clip

Review: I purchased an Outer box case for my daughter through this website on 9/**/2013 and paid a premium to have priority USPS shipping. As of the [redacted] of September of the month, I had not received the merchandise and sent a message via email to the vendor starting that it had not been received and asked them to cancel the order and credit my account. I further stated that if the merchandise was received, I would refuse it with the Post Office or return it to them.I then received the following message form the vendor:We will be sending your account to a collections agency for all damages related to this breach of the terms or sale. You will be credited back to your card and then the outstanding balance will be transferred to multiple collections agencies electronically for the full amount plus $75 in fees and any additional costs. If the goods are returned then the balance will be adjusted to reflect a 15% restocking fee and the original shipping fees plus $75 and any related costs. We apologize for the problem and the negative impact this may have on your personal credit and other liability created. Every order is bound by the terms of sale agreement and all conditions apply. There is also a separate action for additional damages which may be initiated independently pursuant to the additional clause contained in the agreement in NY within the next 30 days depending on the circumstances. Thank you. I view this statement as threatening since as the customer, I did not receive the merchandise and waited more than a reasonable amount of time especially since I was charged and paid for priority shipping.Desired Settlement: I would like the vendor to drop their threat to assess unwarranted charges for cancellation.

Review: I placed an order on January **, 2015 for one eyeshadow pallet and one mascara. My card was charged $45.89 for the order transaction. I did not receive a shipment until February [redacted]. There was no indication of back order, and the website clearly stated 4-7 business days. When I opened the package that I FINALLY received, there were phone cases in it. I did NOT order those products. I have sent MANY emails and called the telephone number listed REPEATEDLY. I have had NO RESPONSE. I have asked that the correct items be expedited to me or a refund of my money. I now just want my money back. I am furious.Desired Settlement: I want my money back. I will be glad to return the items that were sent to me that I did not order. However, I will not return them until a full refund is put back on my card and a return shipping label is sent to me from this company. And I use that term lightly.
