Mr [redacted] is correct He spoke to me [redacted] about the shipping of his car When he contacted us about shipping his car I told him I only have a two car trailer that does not go that far and I only do specialty moves with the vehicle We do not offer enclosed transport for everyday customers It is for specialty moves locally We as a company would never send our trailer that far We never have in the past and do not intend to in the near future We would never misrepresent what we do We have had the same Business plan and strategy which has helped us stay in business for over years On the phone Mr [redacted] did tell me that my rate of for shipping was high and I did tell him that I can understand that he has had quotes for less money from brokers All of our trucks are owned by the company and that was our cost He told me he was having trouble getting it moved so he wanted to proceed with the move When he did call we told him that there must have been a misunderstanding however he didn’t want to listen We explained that we never and would never send our enclosed trailer that far therefore we would not have gave him a rate for shipping his vehicle enclosed When he did come to pick up his vehicle he gave us a check for the shipping which we never discussed He also forgot to tell us that the check was no good due to insufficient funds So yes when we were supposed to ship the car to [redacted] we couldn’t take it there until it was paid in cash This is not his vehicle anymore as he sold it to a [redacted] dealer Also every Brand new Corvette when they get delivered from the manufacturer to the dealer are done so on an open trailer We ship them all the time on our open trailers to GM dealers [redacted] ###-###-#### Phone ###-###-#### Fax www[redacted] .com
