I checked on a company named Pinnacle Service SolutionsThey showed a green rating which I latter leaned was given to all signing up with the companyIn fact they say get an instant green ratingI paid them to recover some money I lost in a scam, but guess what, they are also a scamThe number they gave rings to another businessIt is on their website as theirsThe direct line I got for my rep just doesn't get answered and of course no call backs
All I want is my money backEven is Online pays itBut for them I would not have given my money to this company

Review: I purchased a vacation package from [redacted] (huge mistake!) and they list the Online Business Bureau as recommending them. I filed a complaint and the OBB sent an email saying they would give them a negative rating if they did not respond to my complaint within 10 days. The requisite ten days passed and [redacted] did not respond. I checked the OBB site but they still list them as recommended with no complaints filed against them.Desired Settlement: If OBB is not a legitimate ratings company which it appears they are not, then they should take their site down.
