Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.First & foremost, I was given VERBAL Authorization that I could keep her pump as long as I needed it to remove the TODS out of my poolIt was supposed to only be needed for 2-days based on her instructions that I INDEED followed step by stepI did everything she told me to do including sending her pictures that she kept asking me forWhen she asked for it back on 09/16/I was unable to get it to her due to my hours at workI did however bring it back the following day even know the pump DID NOT remove the chemicalsThat is a down right lie! Secondly, this Company is a person Deal [redacted] & her husband, so therefore there are no employeesI never spoke to anyone other than herI did leave a message with her Husband on Sunday 09/21/because she stated she would be at my house by am & did NOT show up to test the water(as she stated she would do) until after 12:pm with no phone call to tell me she was going to be lateI had to miss church because of herIn regards to my dog being in the poolWell that is the funniest part of her excussesI have had my dog in the pool for years now & have NEVER had this propblemI have numerours friends who can contest to thisThey too all have dog"S" in their pool & have never had that problemMaybe it's because she is afraid to death of dogs because of her past history of them that she decided to use that as another defense I am not going to accept anything less than $for the damage her checmical have causedMy back yard rocks are now permantly discolored because of her chemicals & that alone is over $Please take note, that this is not going to end until I am reimbursed, even if I have to get an Attorney & go to courtPlease take full consideration of your decisions at this pointThank you Regards, [redacted]

We are not sure what Ms [redacted] ultimate goal is If she is seeking $she is not entitled to, as documented by our previous response and attachments, she already has done so by disputing the pertinent charges through her credit card We use the " [redacted] " to process our credit and debit card transactions The [redacted] has already taken $directly from our account because of the dispute Ms [redacted] filed with her [redacted] card Please see the attached documents detailing the chargeback she has filed and receivedUpon reflection, it seems apparent that Ms [redacted] at this point is being vindictive, seeking revenge, trying to sully our reputation through various online venues, and trying to extort as much money as possible from our company If this whole complaint was about seeking what's fair, she would have accepted our generous offer for conciliation (which we were under no obligation to do) Instead she insists on the entire amount she spent, when much of the merchandise she bought is not even part of the Aqua Floc TODS process that allegedly did not work for her! After just now looking at the filing dates of the complaints on Revdex.com, we would like to know why we did not receive email notification of Ms [redacted] 10/response until 12/ Her [redacted] card chargeback of $was filed on 10/ Perhaps if the Revdex.com representatives had done their due diligence and alerted us through email of Ms [redacted] 10/response, the chargeback could have been avoided Looking at the Revdex.com website, it appears the Revdex.com rep requested our response to Ms [redacted] on 10/28, yet we never received a notification email Even if the Revdex.com had sent an email on 10/28, it wouldn't have mattered, considering Ms [redacted] Card/ [redacted] chargeback occurred on 10/ Because Ms [redacted] has already (unfairly) received 'her' money back, we would think this case should be considered closed.Safe & Save Pool Chemist

1. On 9/5/2014, the consumer initiating the complaint (hereafter: CB) came in andbought 2 Packages of TODS, a vacuum head, and a bucket of our private label tabs. (two 9/5/14 receipts attached: 1 for chemicals and tool and 1 for the pump rental). 2. On 9/8/14, CB sent 3 pictures of...

her pool before T.O.D.S. was applied.3. On 9/10/14, CB sent 3 pictures of her pool after she applied TODS. She said the water in the shallow end became clear and blue, but the water in the deep end was blue but it had a big black blob at the bottom. I told her it seemed she under treated the pool, underestimating the size of the pool and the degree of organic contaminants. 4. CB bought,  2 more packages of TODS that we sold her for 50% off (9/10/14 receipt enclosed). I advised her to add both packages to make sure all the sm would precipitate out. Instead, she added only one package, and did not tell me so. 5. On 9/12/14, CB called  and said the pool was green and cloudy. She was very upset, fussing at one of my employee. I called her and advised her to add 5 cups of Super Sanitizer to the pool, as she left it sitting for too long without sanitizer.6. On 9/13/14, CB e-mailed to apologize (9/13/14 email enclosed) . I then e-mailed her back, telling her that I would come out to her house to see the pool in person and what I could do to help. 7. On Sunday, 9/14/14, I came to her house at 10:45am. I was shocked to see her pool water was blue and a little cloudy, but around the entire pool perimeter from the lower end of the tiles - to 18 inches down below the surface and on the vertical walls of the steps - were covered with black algae about ¼ inch thick. I asked her for a butter knife that I used to scrape a small section to show her how nice the plaster looked once the black algae was removed.  At that point, she asked me how to get rid of all the black algae.  I told her by performing an acid wash without draining her pool, which we sell for $310 (for a pool that size). She responded by saying she didn't have any money.  She then mentioned that her dogs love the pool and swim in it everyday.  I told her that’s one of the main reasons for her black algae.  When long-haired dogs such as her Golden Retriever frequently swim in a pool (as CB admitted to), it brings dirt, hair, body oils, dander, and other contaminants into the water. This has a profound affect on water chemistry.8. A vital step in successfully using the TODS process involves making sure the water is undisturbed until the final vacuuming is completed. This means that the pump must remain off for the entirety of the process and no swimming is allowed so that the water remains calm.  This is so the contaminant/precipitants can fully settle to the bottom of the pool for vacuuming.  CB admitted that her dogs swam in the pool every day, including during the TODS process. This would have stirred up the water, making proper settling of the precipitants nearly impossible. The fact that the pool cleared up as much as it did is a testament to how well the product works.  This year, during the last 3 months, I've had 118 pool owners have used TODS.  They all rave "TODS is miracle"9. On Receipt #1, only 2 Packages of TODS at a cost of $100 is the issue of this claim.  However, the chemicals have been used and cannot be returned, therefore is not refundable. The chemical has been proven to work with many testimonials, and Safe & Save Pool Chemist contends that the product worked as designed. However, CB did not follow instructions on the proper amount of chemical to obtain full and optimal results. The black algae is a separate issue from improper maintenance by the pool owner.10. On 9/17/2014, CB brought the pump back at 10:20am (which required us to come in early, for we do not open till 11:00am - note: she told us to be there at 10am but she was 20 minutes late and returned 1 package of TODS. She kept the pump from 9/5/2014 to 9/17/2014, so she had it for 12 days. Pump rental is $35.00 per day, and I told her she had 5 days free. Therefore, CB owes us $245.00. She never paid for a single day of pump rental, even though she said she would pay when she return the pump.  Every day that the pump was out resulted in lost revenue because the pump is nearly constantly rented out. Customers with the intention of buying TODS from us sometimes walk out without purchase when they find out they will have to wait to rent out the pump. Regardless, CB was graciously refunded $27.00 cash for the package of TODS she returned, because of her situation (her 9/13/14 email).  Instead of thanking us, she filed a complaint with the Revdex.com the very day after she returned the pump.11. All Safe and Save Pool Chemist receipts clearly state, "All sales are final" at the bottom near the total.12. I am 73, a retired professional chemist, and I went out of my way on a Sunday - without charging her anything for my time, fuel, or consultation - and she's calling me a scam artist?  I do have copies of all the emails she has sent me, which I can gladly attach to illustrate how irrational her behavior has been, such as her 9/21/14 e-mail (attached), 3 days after she filed the complaint.Safe and Save Pool Chemist is hoping CB will consider the above and rescind her complaint and demands and leave it as that.  If not, Safe and Save Pool Chemist contends that CB owes us $245.00 for seven days pump rental.

We are not sure what Ms. [redacted] ultimate goal is.  If she is seeking $200 she is not entitled to, as documented by our previous response and attachments, she already has done so by disputing the pertinent charges through her credit card.  We use the "[redacted]" to process our credit and debit card transactions.  The [redacted] has already taken $214.41 directly from our account because of the dispute Ms. [redacted] filed with her [redacted] card.  Please see the attached documents detailing the chargeback she has filed and received. Upon reflection, it seems apparent that Ms. [redacted] at this point is being vindictive, seeking revenge, trying to sully our reputation through various online venues, and trying to extort as much money as possible from our company.  If this whole complaint was about seeking what's fair, she would have accepted our generous offer for conciliation (which we were under no obligation to do).  Instead she insists on the entire amount she spent, when much of the merchandise she bought is not even part of the Aqua Floc TODS process that allegedly did not work for her! After just now looking at the filing dates of the complaints on Revdex.com, we would like to know why we did not receive email notification of Ms. [redacted] 10/16 response until 12/4.  Her [redacted] card chargeback of $214.41 was filed on 10/23.  Perhaps if the Revdex.com representatives had done their due diligence and alerted us through email of Ms. [redacted] 10/16 response, the chargeback could have been avoided.  Looking at the Revdex.com website, it appears the Revdex.com rep requested our response to Ms. [redacted] on 10/28, yet we never received a notification email.  Even if the Revdex.com had sent an email on 10/28, it wouldn't have mattered, considering Ms. [redacted] Card/[redacted] chargeback occurred on 10/23.  Because Ms. [redacted] has already (unfairly) received 'her' money back, we would think this case should be considered closed.Safe & Save Pool Chemist

I had to miss church because of her. In regards to my dog being in the pool. Well that is the funniest part of her excusses. I have had my dog in the pool for 4 years now & have NEVER had this propblem. I have numerours friends who can contest to this. They too all have dog"S" in their pool & have never had that problem. Maybe it's because she is afraid to death of dogs because of her past history of them that she decided to use that as another defense.  I am not going to accept anything less than $200 for the damage her checmical have caused. My back yard rocks are now permantly discolored because of her chemicals & that alone is over $200. Please take note, that this is not going to end until I am reimbursed, even if I have to get an Attorney & go to court. Please take full consideration of your decisions at this point. Thank you
