subscription will automatically renew unless it is turned off. This is how subscriptions with Apple work. Apple sets these up for Apps in the App Store. We have no control over this.
Subscriptions to Apps are processed within iTunes to a phone owners iTunes account. Apple does not give us any power to turn off a user's subscription or give any refunds. The user must contact Apple directly if they are having problems or request a refund. The only thing we can do us give a user the instructions on how to turn off the renewal.
To this end, we have tried to make it very clear that this is a subscription service and show how to turn off the subscription.

fine, it's all apple's fault. however, the fact that no one answers your phones and your email responses are completely unapologetic & not helpful do not show any remorse on your company's behalf that it is set up in this fashion. I will not be recommending your product.

Not sure why they are going this route.  If they call our tech support line at [redacted] option 1 we can help her right out.  Our support hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.  Give us a call and we can address her issue right away.
