Mistreated and taken for granted
I received horrible customer service from The Online Furniture StoreThe Representative (Carlos) looked me in the face and lied to meHe told I had months to pay off my furniture, then I find out through *** *** that its only Additionally, I was informed that I would be paying $a month on my purchaseAnother lie...I am actually being billed twice monthly ($170)
The delivery driver (Who was also my Sales Rep) made a partial delivery of my furnitureHe delivered 4/boxesNever in my life have I financed furniture and was told I had to assemble it myself....NEVERWhen I inquired about the assembly of my product I was told, "This is America, nothing is free"
The treatment I received from this store was unfairI feel hurt and taken advantage of by this furniture company
I purchased a beautiful bedroom set from this establishment. Purchased online not seeing actual furniture was a bit scary. Carlos assured me that if there were any issues they would be taken care.
The furniture was delivered, one night stand had an issue with a corner being damaged and the headboard was damaged as well. Pictures of the damaged was sent via text to Carlos. He immmediately said he would have another one ordered and it would be delivered free of charge since I had initially already paid for the original delivery. I was surprised of no extra delivery charge.
Within a few weeks both pieces of furniture were replaced . After making the purchase with doubts I was pleasantly surprised at the outcome.
