I too was also "duped" with this business.Ordered my product in March and was given alot of bullcrap too.Nothing can/is being done about this scam company thats why they are still scaming people
I have also had a problem with Online FusionI ordered the free LED dog collars from them in June and paid the shipping feeI wrote telling them that I had not received anything in August, September and NovemberI did get two responses early on stating they were having shipping problems and promising they would arrive soon., One email response even offered to refund my money, but now they are not even responding to my emails
This "company" is a scamThey claim to send you collars that glow for shipping cost onlyWhen you don't receive them, after weeks delivery, and contact them, they tell you there was a glitch in the system, we will resend and you should receive by a certain dateThat date has come and gone and I still have recover nothingI contacted them and told them if I did not receive my money back, I would be reporting themI got no response
Ordered a dog collar and leash in April - they charged me a reoccurring $a month fee for a subscription I did not agree toI called and they reversed that charge and I was no longer biller, however, I have never received my collar and leash I can not get a person on the phone but they send e-mails stating they are sorry for the delay and the items are on their way I have notified them no less than twice a week since June both by phone call and e-mail that I do not want the items and desire a full refund, I have still not received a refund only e-mails stating the items are on their way Do not let yourself be scammed like I did Thank goodness I was for less than $
This company, Online Fusion, Inc AKA Best Pet ParentOrdered a free Safe Glow LED dog collars in April 18, I was charged $for shipping costsI have never received my collars I can not get a person on the phone but they send e-mails stating they are sorry for the delay and the items are on their wayI have notified them no less than twice a week since May both by phone call and e-mail that I do not want the items and desire a full refund, The last email I sent was a few days ago (September 2015) I told them that I had never received a refund or the collars and that the credit card that I used in April was no longer valid I requested they send me a check for the $ This is the response that I received from them: " I understand that you would want a refundUnfortunately, we are only able to issue a refund back to original form of paymentAs far as I know cancelled cards may still receive refund for at least daysTo be sure, you may contact your bank to verify and let us know."
