Gift basket ordered for Xmas was not delivered. Attempts to resolve directly have not been successful.[redacted]Since the start of January I have left numerous phone calls.I spoke to a women three weeks ago but have not heard back. She could not supply a tracking number for the basket so I am unable to try and track it down [redacted].Desired SettlementIt has now been over two months since the gift basket was ordered. As a result I do not wish to receive it and would like the total refunded to the credit used to pay for it. The total charged to the credit card was $133.45. This number includes GST- a cost that should be worn by onlinegiftbaskets.com.
