As stated in the initial correspondence the $was the amount needed to reconnect the equipment, it was not the total balance After the service is disconnected @ the pole then the total balance is required The balance was credited as per the months that the customer disputed November, December & January as stated before

In the above referenced complaint we received a call on March 25, @ 9:26pm which went to our answering service & was transferred to tech support. On March 26, we received a call again & that was transferred to our technician on call. He went to the
customer's home & restored the phone service. The reason the job had to wait until Monday was due to the fact that the MTA, ( the piece of equipment that supplies the phone service) has to be provisioned to that specific address which cannot be done on a weekend. In regard to the above referenced complaint the customer's equipment was shut off in November. We did issue her a credit for charges from the time of the November disconnectThe price she was quoted was the amount she needed to pay to get the equipment turned back on which she did not
do. We then in turn disconnected her services at the pole. We can issue a credit for the lack of cable service she is stating she had for $which would cover the above referenced months. For the service to be re-instated she would need to pay the balance of plus a $reconnect charge since the service is shut down @ at pole. In regard to the above referenced complaint, the customer picked up a modem @ !2:22pm on 12/30/16. The modem did not operate properly because of a network registry error & did not pick up the correct IP. Our technician was dispatched to her home on 12/31/16, replaced the modem &

I was told you would only credit me for internet what about cable that was not used since it was shut off.  It's not my fault that someone waited to come and stop service to the house for two months.

In reference to this complaint, all levels & tests of the modem are normal.  We have tried to contact the customer. When you call the phone number listed on the complaint ###-###-####, it states that "I talk on the phone all day, I don't want to talk to you, text me. " We texted...

n regard to the above referenced complaint, we do run promos & specials throughout the year which we heavily advertise.  Many of them start at different times so it would be impossible to change every customers bill because each one varies in services & many are not eligible. ...

 If a customer calls in & requests it, we give it to them if applicable.  We can issue this customer a $25.00 credit on her account as a courtesy.Thank You
