October 20, 2017Dear Sir, Your letter as to the above subject matter is hereby acknowledged received We acknowledge that the complainant is our customer and ought to be treated for better business relation sake Our delay in calling her was because we were trying to investigate this and even the times we reached out to her, she would not cooperate because she is understandably angryHowever, we state categorically that we never received the aforementioned package purportedly sent to our above named office address at any given date We contacted USPS who confirmed to us that the aforesaid package was sent by the complainant sometime on 9/19/in a 2-day priority without a recipient signature request and a given business office suite number The USPS further confirmed that the package was delivered to the designated Office building of Parklawn Dr, Rockville MD 20852, and not to our office suite number.In the circumstances, while we sympathize with this unfortunate incidence, we want the complainant to follow through with the USPS to locate where exactly her package was delivered to We dare say that we are committed to the highest standards of customer relations and treat any received package with the utmost care For this complainant; we never received her package Sincerely,Tenille B.(Office Manager)

for (BVN) and has been unable to speak with a representative. She is requeting a refund if the BVN cannot be provided.The customers call was promptly returned and the complaint amicably resolved. A supervisor followed through by reached out to her via email and ensured that her service needs were fully met. I am not satisfied with the poor customer service.  Also I never spoke to anyone on the phone. However  i recieved my mail. I lost 180.00 in visa fee due to the lack of communication with third party. The phone does not work nor voicemail. The company confused me with another client because it is against my nature and personality to be rude, and I never spoke with them on the phone. Contacting the Revdex.com is the only way to reach this company.
