Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I was intentionally misled or lied to during the sales call as I most definitely remember being told my information would show up FIRST, not first PAGE, in all searches of a specific search phrase After I was notified that my ad was live, I searched many times and sometimes I would show up first but sometimes I would not show up at all on the first page This means that even if I was told I'd be on the first page, I was still not given that I went back through my email to reread the receipt which has the information regarding the subscription I paid for but it was unclear about what I was actually receiving for the $149/month I was paying forIn regards to them reaching out to me, they called me about minutes before I received this email from Revdex.com and admitted that they did wrongfully charge me on 3/16/ The woman told me that in order to get my refund I'd have to withdraw my dispute from my credit card company and show them proof that I did withdraw it After that process they would refund me the wrongful charge I told her that I would not be canceling my dispute until after I received a refund, as this company has clearly been lying to me and I do not trust them She told me again I'd have to cancel my dispute in order to get a refund It was then that I told her I'd rather let my credit card company handle it since I don't trust this company It's clear to me that the only reason they decided to contact me is because of my Revdex.com complaint, and if I had not submitted through Revdex.com then I would not have heard from this company again They intentionally mislead (or lie) to get business, then they automatically charge the customer even though the customer met all requirements to cancel prior to auto bill date This company is a scam and should not be allowed to continue to treat their customers this way Sincerely, [redacted]

Now this client is claiming we do not operate during OUR business hours? With all do respect - we are now reserving our right to no longer communicate with this past clientAs stated before, we contacted her to reach an amicable restitution and she was not open to thatWe aim to provide the absolute best customer service as possibly, however its very clear at this point that this client keeps changing her story each time she replies to the Revdex.com and adding new complaints. We have no further comments to this past client and are working directly with her banking institution to provide documentation that will show the validity of our products and services that were rendered in full

We have resolved this customers complaint and issued the desired refund as a courtesy. This customer was not only emailing the wrong email address, but also calling the wrong phone number to reach us. We consider this complaint closed. OMC Client Services Management
Team

Our Client Service Manager reached out to this client in regards to her her claims in hope to reach an amicable resolution. This clients claim that she did not show up "first" on Googles results is accurateHowever, we do NOT guarantee that our clients will be featured "first" on the list of results
- we guarantee our clients the will be featured on first PAGE (not first place)This was clearly stated and explained to her in both a recorded verification call and during the sales process as well in our terms of service available on our website that were also sent to her with her original order confirmation. We also looked into her account and billing profile; when we attempted to offer her a refund as a courtesy she stated "she had already filed a dispute with her bank and will go through them" and the call was endedWe will now be forwarding her bank the documentation showing the validity of our services as well as the charges that were made with her recorded authorization. We wish her all the best in her future endeavours. OMC - Management Team

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.I do not agree with the comments that I was calling the wrong number or emailing the wrong address on multiple occasions because I spoke with a person after submitting the initial cancellation to verify it was received and also after I was incorrectly billed and this mistake was acknowledged.  It was in the weeks following when the refund did not appear I could not reach anyone.
Sincerely,

Attached you will find this clients original order confirmation sent out on 02-25-2015 that clearly states what her original charge is as well as what her monthly charge will be, in this case $198.00 on a month-to-month basis. This client claims OMC never told her this, however not only is it stated...

in bold print as well as in red at the bottom of her order confirmation, we also obtain a recorded verification call with every new client upon signup where we outline the clients billing, month-to-month charge and obtain verbal authorization to charge their credit card for their services - this recording is also available to document OMC did in fact inform this client of exactly what she would be charged. This client also states that she "cancelled" and we continued to charge her, this is completely false and we have no record of this client ever cancelling their services nor can this client document that she did in fact cancel her services prior tol 06-12-2015, when we officially cancelled her account -and sent her documentation for her won records. This client is either confused, mistaken or making claims that are completely false. OMC tried very hard to maintain clear communications with her as we do with all of our clients, however even though we can and have documented everything in regards to this clients account from the date she signed up to the date her services were cancelled, it is apparent we cannot please everyone and this particular client feels posting negative reviews is her outlet. OMC has done an internal investigation and has determined this clients charges are 100% valid.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
I have not changed my story a single time. These people took my money claiming to advertise for me in my real estate business. They did not. I submitted 2 emails to cancel long before the 3 day window of when I would be charged for a second month. I received 2 emails stating that my message was received and 1 email stating that my account would be cancelled and not charged for a second month. They charged me for a second month anyway. I made multiple attempts to contact via phone and sent one email stating I would be disputing the charge with h my credit card company. My phone calls all went unanswered and my email was ignored until about 20-30 minutes before the company's first response from Revdex.com. Clearly these people are scam artists who have every intention of getting every dime they can from hard working agents like myself who need help getting their business started. They had no interest in refunding the second month payment, which they admit was wrongfully charged, until I filed a complaint with Revdex.com. They expect me to cancel my dispute from my credit card company before they will refund my money. For all I know, once I cancel my dispute I won't be allowed to dispute it again and I would probably never see that refund. I will continue to work with my credit card company to get the $149 that was charged after cancellation but I was hoping to get back the $149 for the first month that I was conned out of by these scam artists. They should not be allowed to treat people this way, to continuously lie to Revdex.com in order to make me look like the list. If they did what I was paying them to do then I would have received at least one single call, text, or email from a potential client who saw the ad. I did not receive a single inquiry. And again they admitted to charging me for a second month when they weren't supposed to. It's theft. It's wrong. And I will continue to stand up for myself and others who get scammed by these companies who take our hard earned money and give us nothing for it.  My credit card company has not gotten back to me regarding the disputed charge and I'm sure that's probably because they have not responded to them yet. They will drag it out as long as possible and tell as many lies as they can to steal from me. They need to be stopped.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
