I filed complaint # [redacted] because this company kept charging my card after I cancelled my account with them in October. Well, they charged my card again. I don't know why I have to go though this. CANCEL MY ACCOUNT AND GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK YOU SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!! I NEED THIS ACCOUNT CANCELLED NOW!! I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY YOU KEEP TAKING MY HARD EARNED MONEY!!!! I WANT THIS REFUND NOW AND THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN AS THIS IS THE 3RD TIME THEY'VE TAKEN MY MONEY FROM ME WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION!!! REFUND ME THE $2.99, $2.97, AND $0.99 YOU TOOK FROM ME TODAY 12/30/13 WHEN MY ACCOUNT WAS CANCELLED IN OCTOBER!! THIS IS FRAUD!!!! YOU DONT DESERVE MY MONEY!!! CANCEL THIS ACCOUNT AND GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK AND NEVER CHARGE MY CARD AGAIN!!

The Natural Cleanse refund was issued on Dec 12th, 2013; the Slendera refund is in check form and has been dispatched from our offices.Online Product Offers deems the issued refunds our final resolution and considers Revdex.com #[redacted] closed.Sincerely,[redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. Please ensure this account is cancelled and I am not charged again. If I receive any additional charges to my account from this business, I will be forced to take legal action.

We are committed to going above and beyond to ensure our customers are treated fairly by our company.  MERCHANT RESOLUTION:  On December 20, 2013, Online Product Offers’ Call Center issued the following refund back onto [redacted] ending [[redacted]] as detailed below:• Natural Cleanse -- Order #[redacted] -- Order Date 12/16/2013 – $74.99 – Transaction ID: [redacted]On January 9, 2014, refund check #[redacted], $72.02, was mailed out to [redacted] to her address on file ([redacted]). The check covers the refund amount due for the Slendera Garcinia Cambogia which was returned, Order #[redacted]. A manual check has to be issued because the communication link between banks is no longer available. We hope this letter resolves all concerns related to Revdex.com Case #[redacted]. We are committed to going above and beyond to ensure our customers are treated fairly by our company.  

 

MERCHANT RESOLUTION:  

 

Online Product Offers is in the midst of transitioning all incoming customer traffic to a new call center; we fully expect this change to mitigate the majority consumer complaints.  Unfortunately a small percentage of the phone line redirects made during the transfer have had issues but we expect everything to be fully functioning again within the next few days. 

 

A full refund has been issued back onto [redacted]’s [redacted] ending [[redacted]] as detailed below:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I do not accept the response made by the business to resolve this complaint. I ordered two separate products from this company. Yes, they did refund me $74.99, but that was for the first product, Natural Cleanse, in which they took out unauthorized funds from my personal account.   Just like this incident for the Slendera Garcinia Cambogia, a completely separate product, I had to call back to back to actually receive my entitled refund.  I also received a check from this company for the amount of $72.02. However, I want the rest of my money! Again, they took out an unauthorized amount of $84.97 two days after they sent me an email confirmation in which they stated that they would not!  Why should I have to be in the hole for the remaining $12.95? Had I done my research before and saw that others have been victimized by this company, I would have NEVER ordered any of their products! I feel horrible for the victims who have not been able to receive any of their money back!  Regards,[redacted]
