Review: Charged for items but have never received.

Ordered merchandise on 11/2/13.They immediately charged my Visa. Have never received items. Website has disappeared. I have disputed charge with my credit card company.Desired Settlement: My credit card company will not charge me so I have not lost the money.

Review: I placed an order for a 12 pack of the crinkle pyramid cat toy on January 5, 2015. The amount of $14.98 was immediately charged to the credit card but other than receiving an email confirmation of the order I have received no other communication regarding the progress of this order or an estimated ship date. I have responded to the order confirmation email requesting this information to no avail as well as to the email address ([redacted]) of the website "The Cat Toy Store" (online pet ventures, inc) but this email address has bounced back as failed / not found.

I sent a second email to [redacted] (the order confirmation email address) informing them that I am aware that others have contacted the Revdex.com due to unfilled orders by your company, and that I hope it will not be necessary for me to take the same step for such a small order and have asked for a quick reply with either a shipment date or confirmation of a refund to my credit card. Again, no reply.

My preference is to receive the ordered item within the next week, but will accept a full refund.
