We worked with Diana C, she showed us one house, gave us some analysis, and then got us connected to a new construction home builder.
After we got the agreement in place, they took over the process, we never heard back from her. Literally we are going to meet with them to do a final walk through in the following week and have not heard from her in over two months. My wife and I both reached out to her several times.
Considering she had to do even less work than normal, she added no value. I would get fired from my job if I had her level of follow through, customer services, and or lack thereof general interest in the clients I work with. She showed a lack of professionalism and expertise. Even before she disappeared in the process, she was not able to answer basic questions. She never instilled confidence in us in working with her.
To compound this her shortsightedness was amazing. We are going to sell the current home we live in within year and plan on purchasing an investment property or two in the next year or two.
We would have walked away but unfortunately we were committed to the builder and home we wanted to purchase.
It's a scam, I would not advice my worst enemy to use her.

Our experience with Joe was excellent. We have done business with a few local realtors and unfortunately after those we didn't have good impression of the industry. Joe is obviously different from the rest. During our first transaction with him we were selling our townhouse. We had a contract within 2 weeks and he was with us through the whole process. We then rented while we looked for a new house and Joe was extremely patient and didn't push us in to anything. Based on our past experience with realtors, every house is great. Joe however doesn't make you feel rushed and points out the good and bad points. He showed us to countless houses and didn't once make us feel like a bother when we changed our minds and criteria multiple times. We finally found a house and he helped us through the whole process. I constantly called him and he always picked up and answered our questions.
I think Joe cares about his what he does and the people he works with. We 100% recommend Joe!
