I paid in full for a service and I have not received the complete service I paid for.our company [redacted], [redacted]. paid for an online safety program for our 2 truck drivers that was to be issued every month to each driver for 1 year. [redacted] was the person who sold me this program for our company truck drivers. We paid a total of $238.40 in September 2013. I was told our drivers would receive a video each month and take the test after the video and they would have a certificate for each month that I could put in their DOT FILES for our company. I was told I would be able to go in and print off those certificates and would receive a password to get into our company's account which never happened. I contacted [redacted] with problems right from the first month I started with him and the online safety program, I called him and sent e-mails describing the problems I was having. He would say I sent out the certificates but I never received them, he would say we are working on the problem I do not know why you can't get into the account or why you do not have a password or why your drivers did not get their information this month. I have e-mail dating September 26 2013 that the drivers had not received their Video, October 6th 2013 no program yet, Oct.12 2013 asking how to get into my account, Oct.15 2013 I need to know how to get into my account, Oct 16,2013 this site is not working, he sent me an address to go to to get my information, Oct 17 2013 The website you gave me can not help me they said [redacted] was to give me the information for me to get into my account, Oct21,2013 I needed information on how to get the certificates for the drivers DOT FILES, Oct 30 2013 asking for the drivers certificates to be e-mailed to me ASAP,Nov.14 2013 I still do not have my company's certificates for the drivers, Nov. 20 2013 I have not received the certificates that you said you mailed out for DOT SAFETY for our 2 drivers, Nov.27 2013 I notified [redacted] of 1 drivers e-mail change and asked again about our certificates that I did not have, 11/30/2013 I sent an e-mail to tell him not to change my husbands and my e-mail address it was the other driver( He did not pay attention to the e-mail I sent prior because it was very clearly stated which drivers e-mail address was to be changed and it was not my husbands and mine) and I asked again about the certificates for our DOT FILES, I have also placed many phone calls to [redacted] in reguards to all these problems and it has not gotten me any where I still have never received the certificates I have been asking for month after month, I never received a way into our account to be able to print these certificates off. 2/5/2014 I sent an e-mail about these certificates I do not have and not having the safety program for the month for the drivers and my dissatisfaction with his whole program and I paid for a service I had not been getting, 2/25/2014 I am still not able to open these to get the copies of the certificates,3/1/2014 I am still not able to open these certificates. 3/1/2014 1 driver did not get his safety program for Feb. 3/13/2104 [redacted] I talked to you 2 or 3 days ago and you told me the march safety programs were going out the next day and I still do not have it and I still do not have the certificates, 4/15/2014 I have not received our safety program for April. I am really getting tired of writting each month to get our programs and I still do not have the certificates. I am really dissatisfied with this program.I do not see that this meets the safety meeting requirements.The president of the company is frowning on the content of this program.4/23/2014,7/1/2014 &7/14/2014 e-mails sent. I just want our money back as you can see I have wasted almost a year trying to get what I paid for and nothing has been ressolved. I feel this company [redacted] dba online safety program is fraudulant. It does not provide the service it sells to you. I paid for this service by credit card.Desired SettlementI would like the $238.40 sent back to the Company in full. I have been more than patient trying to get the certificates and the safety programs missing for our drivers. I have made phone call after phone call and sent e-mail after e-mail and still this has not been ressolved. I do have copies of the e-mails if you need them. I have spent more time on this than the $238.40 just trying to get the service we paid for. I feel this company is due back the $238.40 in full. Business Response Our company has sent [redacted] the test on a monthly basis, [redacted] fails to mention that her employees have taken the test, however she did not inform you that her employees did not have a printer to print off the certificates. She is asking our company to go above and beyond what was sold to her. We did ask her to have the employee log on and retake the test, and she said that it was not fair for them to take the test over. We acknowledge that we have communicated with her time after time, and it just seems that [redacted] is asking us to do all the behind the scenes work, and she is not willing to do any. At one time [redacted] offered to retake the test for her employees, which our company wants no part of. This would be a serious violation with the [redacted]. It seems to us that all this would not be an issue if [redacted] would just either purchase her employee a printer, or have them purchase one. Everything seems to be one sided with this customer. In one of her emails, she asked for a partial payment due to the fact that she has in turn used the courses. If this is the case, why does she say that she has not been able to use the program. Our company was willing to issue a partial refund, and felt that this was more than fair, however we did not get this sent before [redacted] filed the complaint with the Revdex.com. At this point, I feel that a mediator would be a good option for both companies, but we feel that if [redacted] is willing to take the test for her employees, we would like to distant ourselves from her as soon as possible. Consumer Response I did not say I would take the test for our employee.I told [redacted] that the drivers would not retake a test they had all ready taken, they do not have time nor should they have too, they would tell me to do it. No one said I would do that and shame on him for stating I would![redacted] said he would put the test in if he had too. I do not ask any more of online safety than what I paid for those certificates and 12 months of programs for our drivers and I have not received all of the ones our drivers have taken. I do not know why a company selling a product like tests and certificates can not produce the certificates the drivers have taken.He says my drivers have taken the tests which is not correct they have taken some but not all of the programs were given to them to complete the 12 months. I should have 12 in hand for each driver and I do not even have half of them. I do not even have 12. I have asked [redacted] to get me the password to my account so I can get to those certificates like he said I would be able too. I have never received a password to my account so how have I asked them to do behind the scenes work when they have not done their work to begin with. I have not received a program every month as [redacted] has stated. I was never told my employee would have to have a printer I was told I would be able to print them off. If he had told me our employees would have to have printers I would not of purchased his product. I do not know of any local trucking companies around here who purchase printers for their truck drivers to have at home. Printing is done in the offices. I did send a e-mail asking for half of our money to be returned and [redacted] never responded and I even sent a second one. I can prove my e-mails sent to [redacted] and the ones that [redacted] responded to and the ones he did not. I do not see anything in this response about returning any prtion of the money we paid him, nor do I see anything about sending the certificates for the test the drivers did take. He says alot but gives no solution. I want to distance myself from this company too but I do not see where he has offered a solution. I asked for a full refund because of all the time I have spent away from our company work to try to recover what we are due. If he wants to send half of the money right away and the check clears the bank I am fine with that. We have paid for a service that he has not furnished in full( the 12 months of programs and certificates).I do not feel that is asking for more than what we paid for. Total due for half is $119.20. I did not receive any e-mail from [redacted] saying he would send half of the money back prior to sending this to the Revdex.com and then He sent an e-mail after he received a notice from the Revdex.com. I would like an end to this matter as soon as possible also. Final Business Response Our company is going to pull the complete file for [redacted], and show where her employees have taken tests. We will be in contact with the Revdex.com with the next week with supporting documents, emails and test scores for her.More info received from the consumer 2014-07-25I have sent copies of the 13 certificates I do have. I did find I had 13 not 12. I was to have 12 certificates for each driver and we have 2 which is a total of 24 certificates. I would be interested if [redacted] can come up with more when he never sent any more to me. I have enclosed all the e-mails I sent with the ones [redacted] answered. You can see for yourselves how long I have been trying to get this resolved and told [redacted] the problems that were happening with his online safety program right from the start. This has not been resolved and I want to know how to post this on the Revdex.com site so other Trucking companies can see this and beware of using this company. Please post my companies complaints and the proof I have sent and [redacted]'s responses so everyone can see how he operates his company. I do not see this on your site that this company online safety programs has any complaints against them. I want to know How to post this so it shows one and that it never was resolved. We were paid for 2 members to be on our program, and we might add that we gave them a discount to be on our program. None the less, the test were taken by [redacted] employees on the following dates. All of this information could be backed up if challenged. If Ms. [redacted] would look through her files, should also has this information.Consumer Response This case is not resolved. Online safety continues to avoid the issue that They were not able to send me the certificates so I could open them and print them off for the DOT files. [redacted] just send them to my e-mail address if you can bring them up then surely you can send me the certificates for my files. You seem to keep saying my drivers have taken the test them post the certificates so I can print them off. As you can see I have told the Revdex.com what certificates I have and the ones I do not. The guys did not receive the full course you just prove it buy the number posted. I find it funny how you can show my drivers test scores but not send me the certificates to my e-mail and you wanted the one driver to retake the test that you could not produce but yet you have posted them here. This matter is still not resolved I do not have the certificates for my one driver only four of them where are the rest. You have been aware of this problem from the start and anyone reading this complaint can see that online safety continues to avoid the real issue of my drivers took some of the tests but I do not have a password to get their certificates. You show the test they took then why not send those certificates to my e-mail? They have never received the last few tests and information to take those tests to complete their 12 months either. This is never going to be resolved . Business Response You have received a link to view all of your employees grades, when they took the test and also how much time it took for your employees to take the test. You continue to not tell the whole story, and your lack of understanding of the computer is really not the fault of our company. We tried to work with you, and feel that you are not going to be satisfied at all. If your decision is to continue to challenge our company, we are more then willing to discuss this with a mediator and are also willing to refund you what the mediator would offer, as long as you are willing to agree to a payment of our time if the mediator so sees it.Consumer Response I have said nothing about the driver grades. I do not need to see their grades or the time it took them to take the tests. Again you are avoiding the issue of our company not having our certificates showing the drivers took the tests. These certificates are to be in the Dot Files and I was told I would have them. Your company continues to avoid sending to my e-mail our driver certificates or a link where I can go in to get them. You never provided me will a way to get their certificates. You told me I would have a password ** get into our account to get those certificates, but you never provided the pass [redacted] Please stop wasting my time with all this nonsense. The issue is and continues to be your company did not provide the services it offered to our company and that we paid for. I do not have all the certificates for my drivers and I never received the rest of the information for the drivers to complete the course for a year. I have continued to write this and am tired of your lack of willingness to provide what we paid for that is why I have made the complaint to the Revdex.com in the first place. I will not pay you for your time with a mediator, you do not pay me for my time why would I pay for yours. This complaint is due to your own lack of providing the service you offered. I want this posted so other companies can see how you do business. It will be very plain that I continue to ask for the service I paid for and you have not provided it. I still do not have the driver certificates in hand for all the tests that they took and They never received the rest of the programs to finish out their year. You sent tests for them to take but no information for them to read or view to take the test. I do not call this my issue, but yours. I do not think any other company reading this complaint will fault me for trying to get what our company paid for and did not receive. I am asking the Revdex.com to post this as an unresolved complaint and their is no need for you to respond to this.We are not going to come to an agreement because you continue to avoid the problem. You have been told I would except a payment back for half of the fee I paid. I am done with your company and just want others to be aware of my complaint against your company and they can determine for themselves if they want to do business with you. I have wasted enough time trying to resolve this issue .
