I checked my spam folder last night and saw this complaint I apologize about the late response to Ms [redacted] ’s complaint As a preliminary matter, Online Strategies, LLC is no longer in business and has not actively solicited a client in almost two years Notwithstanding that the company is no longer in business, I want to provide a response It appears, Ms [redacted] purchased services from Online Strategies, almost four years ago in September Her first purchase included the right to attend a three (3) day live conference At the time of the purchase, she was given a day right of rescission which she did not utilize At the three (3) day event she purchased additional services which granted her access to one-on-one live training and personal training conducted in Jackson [redacted] regarding affiliate online marketing Again, Ms [redacted] was given a three (3) day right of rescission to cancel her contract Ms [redacted] , again failed to cancel her transaction within this time period Instead, Ms [redacted] received all ten (10) one-on-one training sessions between November and February She also was given access to Online Strategies help resource desk, and its fifty (50) online video tutorials It appears Ms [redacted] also attended the live training in [redacted] The events were closely monitored for compliance purposes, ensuring no earnings claims were given to clients Therefore, her allegations of misrepresentations based on any idea that she was guaranteed to make money are false The presenters were clear and concise in their representations that work, effort, were required to participate and there were no guarantees of a rate of return or success Basically that the purchase of the advanced training involved risk as any other business venture would While Ms [redacted] alleges she contacted the company about her complaints, there is no record of her ever asking for a refund Not within her three (3) day time frame or anytime after The first request for a refund comes almost four (4) years later, when the company is no longer in business Had Ms [redacted] made her request within a reasonable amount of time, prior to utilizing all of the products and services, the company would have weighed in on her complaint That, however, was not the case I am not unsympathetic to Ms [redacted] ’s concerns, however, at this late date there appears nothing to be done for her Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions
