We are following up with contractor/ installer; however, it is odd to me that a warranty from YD Windows can say it is invalid if the product is installed improperly and then for them to say they are not experts in how it should be installed (after all they are the manufacturer of the product)? Given [redacted] 's response to the Revdex.com explicitly states that our warranty is valid, I will accept his response but if we have future issues b/c YD Windows deems our installation make the warranty invalid then I'll raise concerns again.?
