Review: RECEIVED EMAIL BELOW FOR 2 TICKETS PURCHASED TO A [redacted] CONCERT AT [redacted]. THE CONCERT WAS CANCELLED.

I PURCHASED THESE TICKETS FROM ONLINETICKETS.COM WHO EVIDENTLY BROKERED THEM TO A 3RD PARTY HERE IN HOUSE (NUMBER ONE TICKETS).

I HAVE CALLED NUMBER ONE TICKETS NUMEROUS TIMES, LAST TIME BEING [redacted]. I RETURNED THE TICKETS TO THEM [redacted] FOR A FULL REFUND OF SOME $512 .

FINALLY GOT SOMEONE AT NUMBER ONE TICKETS TO TELL ME THEY PROCESSED MY REFUND ONTO MY CREDIT CARD AND THEY GAVE ME A CONFIRMATION#.

MY VISA CARD HAS YET TO BE REFUNDED. ALL ATTEMPTS AT EMAILING ONLINETICKETS.COM HAVE GONE UNANSWERED AND THEIR AGENT NUMBER ONE TICKETS (ALSO HERE IN HOUSTON) CONTINUES TO GIVE ME THE RUN AROUND. THE TOTAL REFUND AMOUNT IS $512.

Review: We bought or concert tickets for [redacted] "[redacted]" back in [redacted].Our credit card was debited. We called several times and left messages inquiring about our tickets. Never got a call back , never received our tickets. we spend $500 on four "vip" tickets for my daughters birthday. We drove to the Houston location (headquarters) only to find out that nobody ever goes or works there, it is just an address.This is so sad. Their website looks legit, but if you request live support it just makes you send an email that never gets an answer,I hope these people will be put out of business promptly!Desired Settlement: Not only do we want our money back, but we request tickets for the same band at their next venue in Houston at no cost to us....I am sure that these people con thousands of customers and get away with it...how sad. I am not keeping my hopes up...
