session with instructor *** ***, that we've restored your enthusiasm and faith in learning how to become a professional trader through the academy. Our academy has gone through some large changes and improvements which has caused a little bit of a transition for our instructors and studentsWe try hard to keep any changes from disrupting the learning process for our students, however some things are out of our control and it affects some students more than others- which happened with youThese changes are worth some speed bumps because the overall improvement of our educational content and our process is going to benefit the students immensley in the long runWe kindly ask for your patience and understanding through this transition and will provide any additional support you need. Pertaining to your specific class- we have never dealt with a group that needed so much additional supportA large part of the change we made included creating prerequisite course work that students are highly encouraged and coached on to complete prior to coming to classThe purpose is try to get all the students on the same level of understanding and in the right mindset to learn moreThe case with this class was an exception at our academy and not at all a thingThis particular class had a large portion of students that did not complete the prerequisite coursework, which caused this class to be a lot farther behind than normalOur instructor Steve Misic tried his best to balance out the content for the students that were behind, and as a result, he felt like the entire class would not benefit from live trading at that pointThere was still a large amount of simulated trading, and at any point, our students have access to live trading accounts to practice on; but Steve truly felt that it wouldn't have made a difference for that classWe try to be careful of students learning and practicing bad habits, especially when it comes to their first exposure to live tradingI'm sure anyone can appreciate that our efforts were in the best interests of that classWith lifetime access to unlimited retakes, we invite you to attend the class as many times as you'd like, and take advantage of all the online coaching and resources that are apart of your education program! We hope that by providing your one-on-one coaching session and one-on-one live trading session with professional traders, this will rectify any unfavorable experiences you've had at the academy and will set you on the right foot to success and learning. Student received a full refund in addition to NSF charges her bank  charged her as a result of the check being deposited. Funds were wired directly to her account to expedite her reimbursement. We were not alerted to this error by the student until we read the email from the Revdex.com otherwise we...

could have resolved this issue quicker. Complaint as been resolved.
