Don't use this companyI bought a radio last month and waited days for them to ship it before I e-mailed them They e-mailed me back two days later saying the item was back ordered and they could get me a similar item Long story short I e-mailed them back and tried calling them with no responseAfter almost a month they voided the transaction and didn't even cancel the pending PayPal transaction Horrible communication and customer service, save your time/money for some where else that's more reliable!

Placed a large order and then got an email saying it could not be shipped because the address was not the same as the billingSo I called customer service and was told in a VERY rude manner that I needed to call my bank(all the while the money was taken out the bank)Because of the very rude guy I decided not to give my money to this business and canceled my orderIt then took days to get my money back into my bankAfter days I called back and once again a very rude guy said that it would take 3-days to get my money back and I asked him why would they take my money and not ship and he said that it was a "penny confirmation"Excuse me, but I look at my bank statementNeedless to say that money went to another business with a better deal and had NO problem at allThey definitely need to be SHUT DOWN!!! I work in customer service and I have NEVER been rude to my customers no matter how bad my day is! Don't believe the fake testimonials on they're website!

After placing order I found out if my credit card billing address isn't the same as my shipping address the will not send my items I explained to the rep I am in the military an move around a lot and he basically said not his problem to call my bank Onlinecarstero will never receive a dime of my money

This is the worst online company ever all they do is rip you off the fact that nobody has done anything about it or take this site or business down is beyond meThe only positive reviews they get are fakeThere is not one real positive review on this company every single review is one star how they got three stars on the Revdex.com site is beyond me I'm guessing the Revdex.com site doesn't see the good reviews are fake every real review I've read about this company is the same story about people getting ripped off and I have been one of them took over a month to get my money back after I threatened to take them to court and still my bank had to get my money back for meThese people need to be in jail plan and simple they might not be putting a gun to your head and robbing you but they might as well be I can't believe no one has done anything about it yet.....smh

This company is shady! Placed a large order 12/25/14. Got a shipment confirmation on 12/26 that was invalid. Called to get the status update on 12/28. This place is ridiculous. Terrible customer service. I will be returning any items that I do receive. Got tired of the huge run around.

The AX-ADFD100 did not come with the lcd screen. I ordered this a second time as a replacement and called the manufacturer to ask if the lcd screen came with it. [redacted] acknowledged it came with the LCD screen (as shown in the picture AND in the inventory). However, after the second one was delivered without the LCD screen, onlinecarstereo.com support told me it didn't come with one, because that's what [redacted] told them. Not sure who to believe. If [redacted] said there should be the LCD screen, the box picture shows the LCD screen, and the inventory sheet lists the LCD screen, I would think there would be an LCD screen included. Instead, it cost me over $29 extra to ship the first one back and order the second one.

As far as customer service goes, this is very poor quality. After the first rep couldn't answer any questions, they gave me the [redacted] 1-800 number. Then when I called back to tell them the LCD screen should have been included, they said it wasn't their fault and I was responsible for the return shipping. Likewise, they told me I needed to pay for the replacement shipping for the second one. When the second one came without an LCD screen, they called to tell me that [redacted] said it doesn't come with the LCD screen. If they would've done that in the first place (and they're telling me the truth), I wouldn't be out $29. Now, I'm paying way more for an incomplete AX-ADFD100 than I could've bought ANYWHERE else AND onlinecarstereo did NOTHING for customer satisfaction or recompensation. They could have made this transaction right if they just would've paid for shipping and fessed up to the fact that they screwed up twice.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ONLINE CAR STEREO!
I do a fair amount of online shopping and have never experience anything this bad. The individual I spoke with was rude and condescending. Called back to let someone else know about my experience and they did not seem concerned. Please read the other reviews of this company and you will see that this was not an isolated occurrence.

The guy that handles the customer service [redacted] at customer service!!!!! He is a [redacted] that seems annoyed when you ask why your order is being canceled with no notice. Tried ordering $700 worth of JL audio stuff..Thought I was getting a great deal..Next thing I know my money is back in my account a week later. The only explanation is "its on back order and we don't know when we will have it again." This caused me to lose out on another awesome deal that I saw on eBay which of course was gone by the time this happened.

Placed an web order for a set of JL speakers and they charged CC about 24 hrs later . Next day the online order tracking stated payment accepted and order was processing. After 4 business days and no change and no response to emails finally called and sat on hold for a long time to speak to a human. Gentleman said it takes 2 or 3 days or so to process. I told him it had been 4 days since it was placed and 3 days since the card was charged. Then he informed me the item was out of stock and expected it would ship in 4-5 weeks. All done in an unprofessional and rude manner. Said "it is impossible to keep the inventory status up to date". Really, ..............I canceled the order and will spend my $$ elsewhere.
