The electronic signature's IP address was verified and matched the Customer's home state of residence.  Upon enrollment to the Protection Product, a welcome email was sent to the email address listed by the customer advising her of the costs, fees and benefits of the program , as well as the option to cancel prior to being charged.On July 14, 2015, the Customer called one of our customer service agents and requested a refund. The refund of $24.95 was issued on July 15, 20 15 to the customer 's account.On July 15, 2015 our office was notified of a complaint filed with your office. Several calls were made to the phone munber provided by the Customer but were not returned. As the service was canceled, per the Customer's request, and we have processed a comtesy refund to the customer, we tiust this concludes this matter. They have the following statement, which is the smallest font size on their entire page; Fees are only 24.95 per month and will appear on your statement as IdL[redacted] It is hard to see it, and it was hard for me to find when they gave me the information to access the site. I have been very sick since mid-2012, including sessions of Chemo. I live alone, and things were a mess for a long time. These people have their game down real well. If you log on to their site, the text "Fees are only 24.95 per month and will appear on your statement as IdL [redacted]" is so small and very easy to miss, especially id you are sick and financially desperate. They are not even a Payday advance company. OnlineCash4You collects the information we provide on this and subsequent forms to match us with a cash advance lender based on our completed application. The reason I want the credit is because the money and service is not and never protected anything. They use this gimmick so people think they are cash advance providers when that is false.Desired Settlement: The business has a responsibility to credit me $24.95 for each month billed from August 2014 to current (less the credit they are applying this month). I am sure they make millions with their game, and they can certainly afford to credit me $249.50.
