THE ABSOLUTE worse customer service. DO NOT ORDER HERE. We ordered almost $400 dollars of fabric for a service project. After the order is placed we are told that a couple of the fabrics were out of stock. I gave them a call to see what we could do to get perhaps a different fabric out instead so we could have everything here on time for our service project, was told it wouldn't be a problem and that we would receive a call the next business day to get everything resolved. We did not get a call the next business day and when I called back they said they could replace the fabric but we would be charged extra to expedite it so it could be here on time, ended up canceling our entire order.

Received defective yardage. [redacted] promised refund on April 11th but has not credited my payment method, and not will not respond to emails. I first contacted [redacted] at Online Fabric Store on April 3rd. After sending pictures of damage, she spoke to Purchasing and agreed the fabric was defective and offered refund on April 11th. I said to please process refund in the amount of $72.50, but as of today have not received refund nor responses to two subsequent emails I sent.Desired SettlementI am seeking agreed-to refund of $72.50.Business' Initial Response Please see attached email script offering the customer either a refund or replacement. We were waiting for a response....and we received this notification. Now that we know she would prefer a refund, I will submit it to our Payables Department. Credit should be issued within 48 hours. It would have been nice if she would have contacted us with her decision. Geez!

Excellence. This is a great online store to get fabric and supplies from. Not only do they have great prices, but they have been 100% reliable every time I have ordered something, approximately 10 orders or so now. One of my orders, the material was out of stock temporarily but they notified me immediately and it was only delayed a few days. I'm not even sure the small delay warranted a notification but I really appreciate when a business keeps their customer informed. I do little projects around the house and this is my first stop to look for quality fabric. Their pictures also accurately detail the true color of the material. I ordered a sample for my first order to make sure the material was the right color and I've never bothered to order a sample because I know its going tot look like the picture. Great company.
