Super unprofessionalI have section and they tried to force me to pay extra moneyWhen I refused citing the federal statute, they cancelled the contract and changed the locks on the houseThe "manager" Naomi, is a disgusting swindler and has zero customer service skills
They haven't responded to work orders for issues with the house. They messed up my rent payment and are now charging me out the [redacted] for their mistake. I've only been with this company a short while but I'm already seeing how abusive they are towards their renters. I just don't want you to make the mistake I did, find another agency.
Total properly management has been so great with me I have no complaints Lian was very wonderful and every time I have a maintenance problem they quickly sent someone That same-day . They are pretty good and I will recommend them
Total Property Management did a very good job assisting me with all of my needs and moving into my new apartment they are also very good about the maintenance issues I highly recommend them Lian the agent who assisted me was especially helpful to my many concerns and questions throughout the entire move in process
Dont waste your time. These people have no experience in dealing with people let alone tenants. They dont answer to work orders, they will say they called you, and really they're lying. If you want your life turned upside down then these are the people for you.
