Was told that since they do not offer financing like their competitors that they would do 20% down and the balance in daysInstallers came about a month later and demanded full payment on the spot or they would take stove and we would lose deposit Avoid these people or get everything in writing
Company cancelled install date numerous times Wont refund deposit

I ordered a wood stove from the above company
The original translation date was 12/12/We were informed that some parts needed to be orderedWe were made aware of the lead time necessaryOn 12/15/an employee of Stove Keepers visited our home to make measurements
Cancellation #1: We were given an original install date the first week of January that was then cancelled due to Stove Keepers informing us of an error on their partA wrong hearth pad was ordered and our installation was cancelled and rescheduledWe were informed of this only a few days prior
Cancellation #2: We were then scheduled for an install on 1/9/This was cancelled the evening prior due to Stove Keepers coming out to our property without our knowledge, and informing us that our roof was too icy for installationThis could not have been properly visualized from the streetSo this was done
