Was sent defective ink cartridges for my printer. Multiple emails requesting support were sent to the contact email on their site, but, for the last three months I've gotten no response from them. Failure to follow up on refundPurchased 4 Toner Cartridges, One of them is defective. Contacted vendor three times via email, no response. Contacted vendor via telephone. They took down information and advised that they would follow up within the hour to send instructions and RMA to return defective product. Also explained that I no longer wanted the other three (3) unopened cartridges. I was advised that I would be responsible for shipping of the cartridges back to vendor. I do not have a problem with this. I bought an item on July 16, 2014 from this company and paid $35 for overnight shipping because I needed it by the next day. The information on the website said it would be delivered the next day, July 17, no later than 5:00 pm, so I went ahead and paid the shipping costs since I needed it for an emergency(a family member was leaving the country on the 17th at night, so the item should have arrived by then). If I had not selected overnight shipping, the website offered free shipping but I would've had to wait 5 days before it arrived. I checked my mail the next day and nothing had arrived, so I called the company and they told me that they were barely about to ship it out in a couple of hours. It was 6:00pm July 17 and they were barely shipping out the item? That's ridiculous because I paid overnight shipping so I could receive it THE NEXT DAY. I even asked them to cancel the transaction since they had not shipped it out yet, and because the product was of no use to me anymore since my family was about to leave, and they refused to cancel the transaction and said I would receive the item the next day. They completely ripped me off because I paid $35 for practically NOTHING!! If they are not going to actually go through with the overnight shipping service, then they should not offer that service and make people pay ridiculous amounts of money and waste their time. After I received the item I told them I didn't need it anymore and wanted to return it, but they said they would only refund me a small percentage of it and I would have to PAY RETURN SHIPPING. Are you serious!?! The company's problem in the first place was because of the shipping and handling and they still want me to pay MORE?! I want my refund back because I don't need this item anymore, it is not my fault that the company did not send it on time. and this company is doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to work with me even though the package I received has not even been opened yet; it is still in the original packing. As I was placing the order, it SPECIFICALLY said on the website that it would ARRIVE on the 17th before 5:00, not be SHIPPED OUT on the 17th. If that were the case I would not have paid the $35 to ship it, and you guys should do something about the website and change that option because this might not be the first time this happens. Also, what was the point of me accepting their refund if they would only refund a portion, I would have ended up loosing the rest of the money, and they also wanted ME to PAY RETURN SHIPPING. We ordered from Supplies Outlet and started receiving their spam mail. The mail has a unsubscribe link that returns a deliverable mail response from their server. E-mailed [email protected] and received the same response from their servers. Called and talked with 2 different people on separate occasions asking them to remove us from their lists both times the individuals said that they would make sure the marketing division would be advised. This company works out of a strip mall and has a single suite number. I do not feel that the marketing division is anymore than the 2 people I talked with. Still getting their junk mail. Very shady business and customer service practices in my view. I would definitely Red Flag this company","neg-1

This business sold me ink cartridges for my HP printer. The cartridges were repurposed and slightly damaged as they have been used and then refilled. This caused a fatal response from my $500 printer and nullified any warrantee from HP. At no time were we made aware that this company repurposes ink cartridges, causing damage to the printer. The first contact with this was an email on 5/29/2015 stating they had been short shipped one of the items. We reshipped that immediately. We do however ask customers to report these types of issues within 10 days. On Sept. 30th we received an email stating that they were having print quality issues after using the product for a month. A no charge replacement was also sent at that time. Another email was received with pictures of what appeared to be our product. Which he did state in the above complaint. I have never seen an ink jet look like that. If indeed it did arrive from me in that condition - we would have deemed it defective immediately and we would have issued a refund or no charge replacement, whichever was preferred at that time. We are not printer technicians, however, since this appears to be an "after the fact" issue, it is possible this could have actually been caused by their printer. We put it straight from the unopened package into a year old high end HP printer. HP said this is very unusual unless you recently installed a defective ink cartridge. We don't go around inspecting cartridges we assume are brand new before installing them, QA is not our job. We rely on our suppliers to perform QA on their own products before shipping them. Giving us money back on the cartridge after breaking a new printer is not satisfactory. We don't go around looking for handouts. When companies are doing wrong, they should be held accountable. This company SuppliesOutlet.com sells toner and ink cartridges. They have on the front page of the website LIFETIME WARRANTY of all of their compatible cartridges. I had major problems with 3 of the 4 cartridges I purchased from them. I sent them proof of problem and printout proof of cartridge life for each. It clearly fell within "defective" as the cartridges were not even half empty. All 4 cartridges were returned to us and met the requirements for a full refund. That means that they were more than 10% full. (They were all 4 actually 1/2 full). We have emailed her for her credit card number since the order is over the 90 days which is allowed by the law to keep on file. The refund will be issued that same day.Thank You.

I attempted to order a toner cartridge for a printer repeatedly on their website. The credit card information was rejected each time. I later found out that the billing address of the non-profit I was ordering for had changed. The problem is that they charged the card twice even though they said each time that the card had been rejected. I have received no communication about the toner being sent. I sent an email 5 days ago with no response. I called today during their business hours to address the issue and customer service was "not available". I want the non-profit's money refunded immediately. I will never purchase anything from them again. I purchased a set of 4 ink cartridges. The package did NOT arrive as promised. They sent another set and when they were installed the printer had a damage error. When I removed the cartridges one of them leaked and damage a very expensive set of bed sheets. They did however agreed to replace the one leaking cartridge but did not say anything about the damaged bed sheets. Purchased Toner OEM [redacted] brand, item was damaged. I need to process the return of this Item.I received the item, brand new, I installed and was not working properly, I contacted the manufacturer and did tests but still nothing, I was told product damaged I should get a replacement/return the item.
