I read many bad reviewsI called them on Friday to order tiresThe tires I wanted were not in stock, but the C.s.rtold me the next available tires(which were only a few $ more than I originally planned so not a problem) he told me I would receive a tracking number on mondayI received my tracking number on monday as toldI checked the tracking number, it said e.t.a was Friday the 13th of FebMy tires were delivered to my door brand new The price of the tires were a really really great and affordable All the bad reviews I read seem to be because the customer ordered onlineI called in Mt order to make sure tires were in stock
I recently purchased rims on a very popular auction siteOne was found bent upon balancingTheir solution to this was No returns and 25% off a new rim! No joke! weeks of wasted time communicating and only with help from that auction site did I receive 50% off that rimI could not afford to not be mobile anymoreI offered them this solution from the very beginning as I had this in writing from a nationwide tire outfitNo, they drug it out weeks and would not budge until that auction site authorized a return at their expenseThen all of a sudden they wanted to pay up which took days to doI only had to ship back the wheelI had to threaten them with printing the shipping label if I did not receive the refund that day! I am under the impression they were trying to leave me no time to follow throughThis business is a jokeThey do not take responsibility for any of their defective productsI have now seen this is a issue with them after my experienceI would never buy from the again and suggest anyone looking to purchase from them not to eitherThey have good pricing, but are not a reputable business who stands by their productsWith products so cheap you kind of need to stand by them as they are not premium goods! If you want to throw your money on the table and bet red or black feel freeYou might get lucky, a lot of us did not! We would not be here writing a review if this was handled professionally eitherThings happen and how they are handled is a sure sign of good businessIf our issue was handled reasonably we would not be here writing this nowWhy waste my time? Because this business is unprofessional and put a horrible taste in my mouthOur claim was more than legitimate and they gave us the run aroundThey actually had the nerve to tell me this is "hard part of buying online"! Like it was my fault they sent be bent goods! I told them "no, no, no! This is the hard part of selling online!" If that comment does not scare you with an online vendor I do not know what will! I hope all stay away from this companyThey do not have an" F" rating here for no reason!

I ordered a tire from Online Tires the week before Thanksgiving, this was not my first experience with the company and I've had mixed experiences with them but their prices were aggressive so I went with them. I ordered one 155/55 R14 tire. My order arrived Tuesday November 22nd and to my surprise I received two tires. The tires were 165/55 R15 which was the incorrect size. I called the company right away to inform them. I was told I had to send pictures? I agreed with the "manager" Dan's request and sent pictures. I was told my tire would be shipped out and received Friday November 25th. My tire never came, I called Dan and was told I'd receive a call back....I never did. I emailed Dan and never received an email back. I finally received my tire on Tuesday of last week. I have been trying to send their tires back but nothing. This evening I have been disconnected on 4 times, on hold a total of 35 mins and just disconnected again after asking for Dan. WHAT A JOKE. Guess they do not want their tires back.

ordered a tire few days ago no confirmation on email which they say would be within 48 hours paied money off visa card gave conformation code as I type it in to see where order is it says no order number found so I call and all it does is ring.
