I contacted Dawn D with Only Everything Photography on October 31, 2019 about scheduling a photo session for my son. I booked a photo session at a studio space in ***, *** for December 8, 2019 a t 10:30 am. I paid for the session in full $144 at the time of booking on 10/31/2019. U was suppose to receive an e-mail one to two weeks prior to December 8th with details regarding studio location parking information and a short survey location. as of December 5th 2019 I had yet to receive that email so I took it upon myself to reach out to Miss D to request a few resend the information at which time she told me that she was unable to fulfill the session due to an event her daughter had and would have to reschedule but did not have new dates or times available for me at that moment. I reach back out to Ms D on December 11th 2019 to inquire if she was going to reschedule my session I'm requesting that she just read fund my money which she fully agreed to. I reached back out to Ms D on January 31, 2020 because I still have yet to receive a credit. I did not receive a reply until February 2, 2020 at which time she replied that the credit should have posted and that she would have to review her cube to find out what happened. I did not receive a follow-up. I have reached back out to Dawn on Feb. 20 and still have not received a reply.
Yes, I did have to reschedule. And was waiting to hear back from the studio on new booking dates. I gave her a few dates and she wanted a refund. To which I agreed. The first refund attempt bounced back to my account as unsuccessful. And then I got sick with the flu for 3 weeks and my son had major surgery so I had to step away from work. I have again tried to initiate a refund through the original payment but it has been over 90 days so I cannot do so. I have agreed to mail a payment. Which she should receive by March 13th.

Business has failed to refund my money depsite thier own March 13 deadline. Payment was originally made on Oct 31, 2019 and as of 3/14/2020 they have still refused to refund my money. No credit to my credit card no check. She did reach out to me on Feb. 29 to request my address to mail out a check but it has now been 2 weeks and still nothing.
