Finally after almost two months I received a refund via Paypal. Terrible customer services, stay away from these guys. They claim Coin is shipping but I would seriously doubt it.

I never heard back...

from the company until after I filed fraud on them with my bank. After I filed fraud they finally decided to respond, after the many emails I sent, trying to refund me and kept messaging me when I didn't respond because my bank took care of it. The only reason they responded was because I took it to my bank to handle it. Do not use this company they are a scam.
