GREAT COMPANY THAT DOES WHAT THEY SAY

I am writing in order to allow other customers to consider other vendors before ordering from this company. I am not filing a Revdex.com complaint as I am dealing with this company with my credit card company. I ordered from this company 5 years ago and had a successful experience. However, I order approx. $250 of product and of course they charged my credit card that day. Weeks later I have not received my product, they will not answer phones, or respond to emails. I have called at different times of the day and sent several email and fax requests for a return call. I would NOT recommend this company.
