This account has been resolved.? Ms [redacted] reported the ATM error to us on 10/and gave OnPoint $in cashWe placed the funds in Ms [redacted] 's account with a hold as our next step was to submit a chargeback credit? adjustment to Point West Credit Union since it was there ATM that made the error.? We do this electronically via our processor as soon as possible but generally within business days.? In this instance the chargeback adjustment was submitted via our processor on October 16th, Point West then has business? days to represent our chargeback credit adjustment so OnPoint waits these business? days prior to making any adjustments to our members account.? The business days expired on Friday, November 10th,? Point West did not represent which means they accepted? the adjustment.? This means that? the? ATM in question did have an outage from the transaction in question.? ? ? On Monday, November 13th we debited the $from Ms [redacted] 's account thus resolving the issue.? I have left two messages with? an individual at the number we have no file for Ms.? [redacted] but have not? received a call back? If Ms [redacted] has further questions she can contact me at [redacted] ? or [redacted] ? .? Thank you, [redacted] ***

Dear [redacted] ***, The following is a response to your letter dated Tuesday, August 18, 2015- reference ID [redacted] The letter dated August 18, was received by my office on Friday, August 21stImmediately upon receipt an investigation was launched to identify the cause and validity of the claimUpon review, while efforts were made to accomplish our member's loan application goals, we were unable to complete the requestIn speaking with our member on Monday, August 24th we have agreed to refund her request of $I would like to take this opportunity to again apologize for any frustration she may have experienced and thank her for her continued membership with OnPoint Community Credit Union

OnPoint is not able to remedy this complaint as this individual does not have an account relationship with the Credit Union and therefore OnPoint cannot reopen any accounts or return any funds to this individual. The individual should contact their financial institution where their account is held and provide them with the specific ATM transaction details so they can research the issue.
