I placed an order for two sets of towels. The company knowingly sent my an incomplete and incorrect order and stated that they would be unable to fulfill my order, so I asked for instructions so I could return the towels. The company refused to reimburse me for my return shipping costs, so I am out the cost of shipping and am worse off than if I had never placed my order. I have contacted customer service several times without any results.
