ONSITE Property Management Services NCollege AveSte• Fort Collins, CO • phone 970-282-• fax 970-797- July 28, Dear [redacted] , Thank you for taking time out of your day to hear my position on the Revdex.com Complaint ID [redacted] ( [redacted] )Upon receipt of their letter, complaining about the warning notice which referenced weedcontrol, I responded by including a copy of the Policy of the fine schedule.As an HOA Account Manager, under the direction of David R***, Managing Broker (CEO at Onsite Property Management Services)Onsite was hired by Countryside HOA to uphold their Governing DocumentsThis includes enforcing covenant violations.I have attached the warning letter I mailed to [redacted] and [redacted] ***, which also has the quoted Covenant in violation, and the Policy in which fines can be imposedPlease note the days is regarding a hearing or dispute to the Board of DirectorsTo rectify the violation is daysI drive through the property twice per month making notes of violationsIf a violation is NOT rectified a second notice with a fine would be assessed per the violation letter.We provide the opportunity for every homeowner to review the Governing documentsOn the date of their letter — June 30, 2015, I mailed a total of violation letters to homeowners in Countryside and on July 27, I mailed another violation letters.As for the comments on potholes, the Board of Directors has been provided a bid for the workThe Board of Directors will be meeting August 4, at which time I will be in attendance to discuss many items recently brought to the Board Members attention.If I can be of further assistance in this matter, please feel free to connect with me by phone; 970-282-or email at [email protected] Regards, Vicky H*** Account Manager

Please note the 4 days is regarding a hearing or dispute to the Board of Directors. To rectify the violation is 10 days. I drive through the property twice per month making notes of violations. If a violation is NOT rectified a second notice with a fine would be assessed per the violation letter.We provide the opportunity for every homeowner to review the Governing documents. On the date of their letter — June 30, 2015, I mailed a total of 33 violation letters to homeowners in Countryside and on July 27, I mailed another 37 violation letters.As for the comments on potholes, the Board of Directors has been provided a bid for the work.
