A horrible company that harasses you constantly with emails, some phone calls and they will even blast messages over your speaker system in your vehicle at random times when your driving which almost caused me to get into a serious car crash that would have killed multiple people. I wasnt expecting it to happen and it was extremely loud and completely distracted me from driving and caused me to jerk the vehicle because it took me by surprise.

My complaint is the rate of GST/PST that I am being charged on the monthly subscription charge of $15.10. Up until now they have charged the combined GST/PST sales tax at 12%, which is the correct amount and rate. Which up to this point they have charged me. Now they are charging the combined rate of sales tax at 13.25% which they claim is the correct rate mandated by the GST/PST, which they even at one point they admit is incorrect. The in pass is that they refuse to correct an obvious error and are blaming the sales taxation of both branches of government. This makes no sense. We are going around in tight little circles. And they have admitted their error and refuse to correct it. I have contacted both federal and provincial sales tax departments who agree that the combine 12% rate is correct. The burning question is How many other consumers are being charged in error. Extrapolated, someone is making a tidy little profit on this error.
