I am rejecting this response because: I do not accept [redacted] 's altered recollection of the past events His attitude and language were beyond unreasonable to the situationFortunately his employee Jerry, who instructed me to pick up license plate at the dealership most likely to close the sale,directed me to registration office he does business with and [redacted] , who operates the business couldn't have been more understanding and helpfulShe informed me that misplaced plates and bursts of senseless anger were very common with [redacted] But regardless, I received my license plates and registration which is all I requested.So I no longer need to associate with this business and will no longer continue the complaint

This is a response to the gentleman's acquisition and child like behaviorYes, we did sell him a truck on July 23,and since we outsource the registration to an independent company, we always tell the customer that they would receive the registration or license plate by mail in about days
We, never tell our customers to come and pickup the registration, since some live over miles awayWe tell them ,the tempregistration affixed to the windshield is good for days and as soon as we get the reg,we will mail it to themThis gentleman called and asked about the plates, we told him it was mailed to his address on such a dateThen he came in the office and I showed him and gave him a copy of the regand license plates and told him that I personally mail them from post office in Mountain AveHe asked for tracking #,and I told him that we do not keep the receiptI suggested ,he should go to our independent regoffice and request a duplicate plate and he needs to pay for it Then he called at about 5.00PM,on the Sep , on the day that by pm everybody leaves except me, and he claimed that he went to the post office and called DMV and we have the plate in our position, then I told him ,that he can search our office and see if it is hereBeside what do we do with our customer's plate? I told him ,I am the only one there and I had to go, he kept on yapping, and I had to hang up on himHe kept on calling the office at least for the next minutes and I did not answer.(this was harassment, by the way and I should have called police on him ) The next day ,he shows up in the independent DMV registration office that we work with and starts harassing themShe called me and I told the lady to assign him a duplicate regand plates ,which cost me $and give it to him.(may be that would pacify him) His behavior was nothing short of a cry baby, nagging on something that was not even our fault *** ***

just to clear some facts, she purchased the 2006 Cadillac on 2/5/2015 with almost XXXXXX miles, we gave her a free warranty for...

only 30 days or 1000 miles only power train. and one year free maintenance (oil change, ets,). to get her financed with bad credit ,we almost paid $850.00 out of our pocket.
A month after she got the car, she comes in with a nail in her tire going flat, we fixed it free of charge. In a few days later she comes in with check engine light on, we hook up the computer, reads "small evap leak "she did not tighten the gas cap, we cleared the code free of charge.
She called about the A/C pump gone bad almost 3 months after she purchased the car, and we told her it was not under warranty. She called back with a very demanding vice "how much do we charge to install the A/C pump?" We told her ,she needs to bring the car that we can see it ,then we can get her an estimate. She kept calling and calling almost 5 times a day ,that she need to know how much? And we kept telling her ,she hat to bring the car in that we can give her an estimate.
The last day we spook with her ,she kept calling and calling to a point she started harassing our secretary and threatening her of filling a complaint. Last I spoke with her, she was not happy of our answer and she said she would complaint authorities and I told her ,do whatever makes you happy, I never cuss at her.
THIS IS THE TYPE OF PEOPLE THAT ,THEY WANT EVERY THING FOR FREE, THIS ITEM WAS NOT UNDER WARRANTY AND WE DID NOT DO IT AND THAT IS THE END OF IT..(bad A/C compressor does not make a car lemon, beside there is no lemon in used cars)
With this attitude shown by these people, they are not welcomed in our place anymore.

I never took my car to him for my check engine light. My airbag light had came on and I took it to him and he said it was an electrical problem and they don't do electrical. So he gave me a shop close by that I could take it to. However over the phone a couple weeks later I called because the check engine light came on and he told me they don't cover the check engine light. So now my question would be I he knew it had this leak or whatever it said why didn't he tell me about then. I could've had someone look at it then because at that time I had only had the car for almost a month. Sounds very crooked to me. Furthermore, I never harassed him he kept asking different questions about the vehicle so that he knew what to tell his mechanic so I could get a quote. And as you see he uses the term "these people" what does he mean by these people. Is it because I'm African American is that what he is saying? Lastly he stated don't come to his shop with that being said I have a legal binding contract he signed saying he will do a year of oil changes on my vehicle so how am I supposed to get my oil changes if he doesn't want me at his shop. Sounds like a lawsuit to me.

It is not appropriate to call us "crooks".It is because of this type of attitude toward us that we do not want to see you around our shop any more.just to let you know,when your check engine light came on we diagnosed it as "small EVAP leak" that meant you left gas cap loose and we re- set the code free of charge.I
again refer you to the legal document you signed called "BUYERS GUIDE"it shows our warranty obligation to you.It is power train only(that means engine and transmission only).So as you see any part of air condition system is not covered.
Last,we do not like treats down here,you talk about lawsuit ,go ahead .and please do not bother us anymore.
