Mr*** came in to Citrus Ford with the intend of trading two auto loans in for oneMy sales consultant went over the different manufacture rebates and incentivesThis process was explained in great detailA game plan was made to look at both Fords financing as well as outside financing which
will allow us to capitalize on more rebates which in turn will help the situationAt no time did Mr*** express concern to only be submitted to Ford CreditMr*** then proceeded and completed a credit application that would allow Citrus Ford to obtain financing for himMy sales Consultant then explained how we would like the General Sales Manager as well as the Finance Director to look over his file and see where would be best to give it a home

I am rejecting this response because:
Like I said, I moved across the country so I do not see how they could continue to work on my vehicleWhen I was there they didn't make any effort to get any sort of approval and told me the sound the windows were making was normalI've already contacted ford and made an official complaintThey are working on resolving the issue for me in spite of the terrible customer service Citrus motors deliveredI am going to another, more professional dealership where they will make sure my brand new vehicle is going to be fixed

I am rejecting this response because: I did make it clear that I only wanted to go through ford and no one elseI know I specifically said that because of my service related disability and the mindset it gives meThe anxiety condition I am currently seeking help for makes me worry excessively about things that shouldnt matterThat being said, the worry of what affect the multiple inquiries would have on my credit score made me request only fordI later found out that citrus ran around inquires for approval which was unsettlingNow I'm seeing that the dealers rebuttle is basically my word over theirs which is ridiculousI am not lieing about requesting only one approv so request with ford, furthermore I did in fact tell *** (the salesman/team leader) that I only wanted to try with ford and no one else

[redacted], We are not rejecting to work on the vehicle. I simply stated we cannot just replace the motors because his selling dealer told them that was the problem. We have to get approval for parts replacements. We can certainly look at the vehicle again and contact Ford hotline and go through the proper channels. I was also stating that he can contact Ford if he didn’t like Fords warranty policies on getting approvals to do repairs. as per the fenders approval. We offered the customer the approval and at first the customer said ok and then when they were here about to resign, the customer decided against the new loan and the new rate.
