purchased the Coffee Set W/ StoolsHowever the stools obvious is just for display to make the coffee table have the different look compare to the regular coffee table look & Stools not recomend to sit on itHis son is years old sit on one of the Stools & broke itHe called to complaint asking for full refundOur Manager did explain the situation to him Stools just for displayWe even offer to exchange him the new stool but he doesn't want itHis son file complaint with you & aslo write a negative review on Yelp about us (which is I think it's not quite fair)But finally, we did call Mr ** ***, He is very Kind & nice gentlementWe talked and we did ask him to bring back the coffee set w/ stools to the store and we refund him the money that he paid for the set and asking him to remove the negative review on Yelp also with Revdex.comHe did promised us and he took off the review on Yelp but I dont know if he did remove the complaint wit Revdex.comI just let you know the problem has been taken care ofWe just want to make customer satisfy and we want to build long term relationship not just one time buyThank you so much & have a nice day

Ontario Furniture has refunded my money, but they did respond with an errorNot once did I hear that the stools were ornamental; I bought the coffee table set with the intention of using the stools fully

My name is *** from Ontario FurnitureI respond to this claimFirst of all I would like to
explain the situation that causing the problem for both side1/ Chest was damaged inside box (from manufacture), 2/ Wrong bed different from catalog (customer want headboard w/ no leatherWe did order the same bed in the catalog, p/u bed from manufacture & d/l direct to customer houseAfter the complaint, we took back chest & bed for service (exchange)Got back bed, we contact w/ manufacture then find out all of container got mess up by manufacture in chinaCatalog picture of bed w/ no leather for headboardbut the design of bed in reality have leather on the headboardCustomer called in during the time our manager *** was hospitalize in & out couple of weeks due to the bad health conditionThat's the reason why we hold on to the case because we don't know how *** did talk to customer before he was illHe came back to work on the third week of June, *** did call customer to solve the problem but no one answer the phoneWe did try to call & leave message couple times but no respond from customerWe want to talk to customer, to explain where the problem is & would like to set up schedule to bring back all the furniture still there at customer house & will return full money backWe are honest peopleWe work really hard to make customer happyWe need customer to return our call so we will p/u all merchandise back to return back to manufacture asap (Manufacture mistake not us) in order for us to refund full money to customerPlease have customer give us a call asap to get this problem taking care ofWe are truly sorry to our customer for the all the things that happen beforeWe hope customer, after read this reply will understand us & work with us to get this done asapThank you so much & have a nice day
