[redacted] Our furnace stopped working and we called the emergency number as I had a newborn baby in the home and the outside temp was -15. The rep said to me that in this extreme weather we are not the only ones who's furnace died, there are other babies and old people too. They would get to us as soon as they could which was the next morning at 8. At 10:30am on Monday the repair person finally came. When I called looking for him, the rep said well we schedule in blocks so he will be there between 8-12. Emergency means nothing to these people and they make no effort to satisfy their customers. If their customers are upset with their service, they won't do anything to satisfy Cuz they know the customer is stuck with them. Also , don't purchase their equipment!! If your decide to move - you will be billed for the equipment and they will put a leine against your property without telling you - it's indicated in the service agreement but the reps won't tell you this when they come at ur door[redacted]
