On October 5th, 2020 the company changed their online site from playolg.ca to old.ca. An email was sent to me on October 1, 2020 advising me of the changes. Since then I have not been able to access my account (in which I had just deposited money the week prior) and the company has not responded to my emails. When I try to reset my password I get an error message saying that the link has expired. I attempted to chat with a CSR and waited for half an hour before deciding to try on another day (today, October 10). And when I did I was immediately told they could not take my chat so now I literally have no way of resolving this issue.
I would like a refund of the money I had deposited the week prior.

I have been in contact with OLG and we have managed to resolve the issue. I'd like to withdraw my complaint if that's possible. Thanks.
