Hello Ms***I apologize for any miscommunication but our management was never notified of the claimed damage and your unhappiness with our servicesOur policy in regards to damage are that we must see it before it leaves our car wash,
due to the potential that damage may occur after the car leaves our premisesWe do work with our customers even if the car has left the lot if we are able to trace/connect through our surveillance system and experience any damage that may have occured due to the wash process but in order for us to do that we need to take a look at the vehicle
As far as being unhappy with the quality of the wash, we are always willing to wash the vehicle again for you and I apologize if the work was not up to your standardsAs the services have been rendered we generally do not provide refunds
