The website for Chillwell or OnTel Products is a very devious site. They will process an order even though you never actually “Review or Submit” an order! That happened to me.

Yes, I was looking at their product, and Yes, I actually entered my credit card info in thinking that I just might go through with placing an order. Once I had entered my information, they started throwing a multitude of “bonus” offerings to which you had to formally refuse. The order process got so confusing that I just backed out of the website all together, but no sooner than I did, I started getting email order verifications! Again, they never gave me a chance to either review or submit an order! They just automatically processed an order for me!

What a SCAM! I’ll never do business with this company!

I BOUGHT THIS PLUG AND IT STOPPED WORKING AFTER A MONTH. WALMART LET ME EXCHANGE IT AND NOW THIS ONE STOPPED WORKING TO. A PEICE OF CRAP IT IS. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.

Poor experience, won't purchase from them again. Bought products in October of 2014 and have yet to receive items. Phone no. listed is not a working no and no way to contact except by regular mail.

I ordered a Bamboo Pillow from this company online (bamboopillow.com).

It was buy one,get one free,just pay separate postage (extra $6.99).

I never got the second pillow I paid postage for,and when I contacted the

company,and I gave them my name,and order number they told me they

had no record of the order. The claims they made in their ads about the

quality of the bamboo pillows are also false. Whatever you do,do NOT

order these pillows online!
