Review: I just want my money back I was given the runaround up until a day before Thanksgiving and it's just not fair to be treated like that the consumer should be protected thank youDesired Settlement: I gave these people $136.09 and they told me that the service charge was $125 and the avid Texter that they said that the amount that I paid would be included with the actual amount of the bill once they had installed the two parts that my [redacted] stove needed. [redacted] the [redacted] of on-time spoke to me on the telephone initially and they took my money they came they inspected the stove took the money they told me that I was going to have my stove ready for Thanksgiving because I had a lot of gift coming over and a lot of cooking to do. Time went by and it was getting close to Thanksgiving and I called the find out what was taking so long then he told me that the part was on back order and I started getting them as I said I have a lot of guests coming and I was cooking for some people other than myself my neighbor I was going to give food to my Family and I was making food for my cousin who passed away for her husband. [redacted] kept giving me the runaround. So I called a woman named Charlotte who works for [redacted] and I found out that [redacted] wasn't even an authorized [redacted] repair man and she told me that the reason probably the reason why he wasn't able to get the cool part was because he wasn't authorized so she gave me a telephone number of someone to call. I called[redacted] and [redacted] in Queens he sent someone over they inspected the stove and they did me a huge favor and it came on Thanksgiving morning to repair my stove but I had to cook turkey to other people's oven because I didn't have a stove to cook my Thanksgiving turkey overnight I was makingthree turkeys and two turkey [redacted] macaroni and cheese pies I am too late 12 pies and I have no oven until Thanksgiving morning and I was mentally and physically exhausted and I am not a spring chicken I just want my money back I want my money back it is not fair what he did to me and then hetold me that there's nothing he could do about my money he said he sent men out there to my house and it's not fair that they shouldn't get paid this is terrible to treat someone like that I just want my money back please.

Review: Well, when they came to fix my fridge I was told that it would cost $100 for the inspection but that money would also go towards the repair. The repair man said he'd have to go buy the parts and come back, I was later contacted by someone from the office saying that the manufacturer of the parts would not have them in stock for another week, so I waited.

I never heard from them again. Every time I contacted them they either asked me for my info and said someone would call me back which never happened or they just didn't answer.

I ended up getting someone else after 2 and a half weeks. The guy that I got fixed it on the same day I called himDesired Settlement: Well if they were going to fix it, they should have. I would have saved the money from hiring somebody else.

The fact that they never even got back to me makes me think that they aren't a legitimate company and I would like my money back.

These guys are completely dishonest thieves. A guy named Lee showed up to address some appliance issues. I paid him for his service call and he made a list of parts needed, emailed me an invoice and that's the last I saw or heard from them. Lee was allegedly waiting to be called to the NYPD academy. Yes, if I have my way the NYPD will be coming alright, but to pick him up.

Review: I had an oven with a pilot light out. I had Ontime Appliance come by to fix it. It costed $100 for them to come out.

They evaluated the problem and said that they would order the part and come by next week to fix it. After that they never got back in touch with me. I emailed them 4 times and called them 6 or 7 times. Every time I would call they said that they would check what was going on and get back to me.

In my opinion they had no plan to fix it and was just collecting the $100 to come and look at it.Desired Settlement: I would not only like the $100 back, I want other people to know about the dubious activities of this business.
