OnTrak Specialist

This business calls telling you they are a service provided with your Aetna health insurance. They are to help you find a doctor and schedule appointments for you. I thought the service was free and through Aetna but they charged bills to Aetna. I could never get a doctor they offered me to even call me and the schedule would not work for me. I asked to cancel but they said they would help find someone else. They never could help me. I never talked to a doctor the OnTrak representative. They only left messages when I was asleep because I work nights. They charged me for doing nothing. I never received any help from them yet they billed Aetna twice. I am asking for a refund because the service is false and no work was ever done.

This business harasses me by sending unsolicited mail, emails and phone calls from ***
*** OnTrak Team Specialist gives the phone# ***, which he doesn't answer. The receptionist is instructed to not put me through to *** until I give out personal information, my b.date, etc so *** can read "my file" ahead of taking my call. This is a direct violation of my HIPPA Rights, that they have my personal health info. I want my info ERASED from their datab I want a personal apology to me, written by hand, from ***. Then I want him to NEVER CALL, MAIL OR EMAIL ME AGAIN. PLEASE!

I am not quite sure how this company received my personal information regarding my health. I assume HIPPA rights would be in place from either my health insurance Health Alliance or Carle Foundation Hospital. But I feel harassed by the company OnTrak. They have called my personal phone, my work phone, my works customer service, my email, and my work email. It is beyond harassment.
