The consumer contacted Ultimate Muscle: Black Edition on 6/15/2015 via email and phone with a request for cancellation. The account was cancelled immediately as instructed and the customer was sent a cancellation confirmation via email. Based on the nature of the call, the customer service agent refunded the amount of $87.63 that day. Once a refund is processed, it takes 3-7 business days for it to be credited back to the customer’s account. We have refunded the remainder of the amount, $87.63 from 6/13/2015, due to this complaint.
